If I could rate a 0 out of 0 I would. The Wooster Centera dont even deserve the 1 star that I HAVE to give in order to leave a review. I am very very upset with the way my daughter was treated on Monday the 9th. You see she was hired and her first day was the 9th. She was there less than 10 minutes and was fired. Mind you if was embarrassing for her as this was not behind closed doors where any good professional manager would fire someone. But here's the kicker. They were supposed to send her paperwork to sign and it never came to my email as she is a minor. Well she contacted the so called manager and let her know that I never received it. So apparently the manager had to contact HR, which ok that's understandable and so then it was sent to my daughter's email. By the time she received it on Saturday and tried to have all her paperwork done, she came to me because it was not letting her sign, we tried multiple ways including different electronics and nothing worked. I told her when she goes in Monday to let them know. Well Monday came and she let the manager know. She showed her and HR again was called because even manager couldn't figure it out. Well come to find out HR couldn't figure out the issue at that moment, so what does the manager do? She fired my daughter for not having her SSN card (which is my fault I keep it with me because we dont let our kids who are minors have them yet) and because she didnt have her electronic paperwork signed which they clearly could see it was not working on THEIR end. The manager told her she no longer has a position that would fit her because she cant have her 2 forms of ID on her and because she didnt have her paperwork done. Im sorry but most places would work with a child to correct an issue on the company's end and then also say ok please make sure you bring your SSN your next day of work. No just blatantly fire them. Her father called in to talk to the manager and she got snippy with him and confirmed what our daughter said as to why she was fired. Im sorry but thid was terribly handled the wrong way and in a distasteful disrespectful way. And I believe my daughter should be apologized to in person. This manager should not even...

We have been using this store for the past several years for feed, shavings, horse treats and sometimes misc items that I may have forgotten to bring with me to the fairgrounds for shows. Have always had excellent customer service! They have even delivered shavings and other items for us to the fairgrounds for the past few years! HOWEVER!! The new store manager is apparently repulsed by anyone who has horses and is planning to eliminate equine items. HAVE YOU LOST YOUR MIND!! Do you know this area at all?!! She has discontinued delivery to the fairgrounds (we are literally across the street!) which was a huge service to many people who come in from out of state. Terrible management not my own experience but today as of 6-9-25 my sister was fired within 5 minutes of her first day because she was having issues with filling something out on her phone she even tried a computer with no luck she was told she was incompetent and that she needed to have things in order before starting a job it’s not her fault the company was having issues she tried getting things worked out as a manager you should be willing to lend a hand and help if an employee is having issues with something she started having the issue Saturday after the store was closed they were closed on Sunday and he first day was on a Monday it doesn’t make sense how she was supposed to get help very...
