After being a long time customer, after this evening, I will never come back to the establishment and I will ensure everyone I know doesn’t either. I’m sure that will make the children so happy that served us This evening. What won’t make you happy is your lack of customer service and seeing where it gets you in the real world. First of all, you messed up a banana split with the one simple request of all vanilla ice cream, why was there chocolate and vanilla ice cream? Weird. And then one of the children has the audacity to prepare a soft serve ice cream cone that is literally falling apart and seconds away from falling off the cone.. I asked the child to remake it, the response was that if we wanted it remade it had to be a different flavor than what I got, it would need to be a basic flavor.. okay so we ask for a bowl or bigger container then so I can eat it, the child’s response is that she already gave us the largest styrofoam cup and that we can put it in there and it fits in there, in response I said the entire point is to eat it with the cone, if I wanted it in a cup I would have asked for a cup from the start, I’m unsure why you would even look at that and hand it out the window to serve, and then tell me you can’t give me a bigger container cause you’ll have to charge for it, oh and that it’s the machines fault that it comes out like that. Those excuses are cute and all, but every single ice cream place I’ve ever been that serves soft serve never comes out that badly and practically falling apart. Seems more like a skill issue that you’re not willing to own up to and too lazy to remake. Awful customer service, over priced for mediocre ice cream and the place only takes cash. Read moreI really wonder if the younger girls are trained in customer service. I've had great customer service experience with the older girls, but the younger girls can just be rude or even aloof. I ordered a strawberry milkshake, but when I tasted it, I found that it was actually vanilla ice cream with some horrible strawberry syrup in it. I have a health issue where I can't have chemicals. I was shocked that a strawberry milkshake would be full of chemicals. Anyway, I've had a long day, so my husband offered to go back and ask for one scoop of chocolate ice cream in a waffle cone. He was told that he couldn't have it in a waffle cone because "we don't do that," which I think is silly, but he actually had to pay for the scoop of chocolate ice cream. Where is the customer service? He handed her a full cup of strawberry shake, which wasn't even true strawberry ice cream and was made to pay for one scoop of chocolate ice cream. Where is the customer service?? We were both just dumbfounded that he had to pay full price when it should have been an even exchange. We won't be back. My family made a large order, and upon arriving at home, we discovered that we were short one burger and that our chicken sandwich had no chicken on it. My mother called and notified the employee on the phone that the order wasn’t quite right and asked if she could come back to get our missing burger and a remade chicken sandwich, and the employee escalated the situation from telling my mother “I was the one who packed the order - I know what was ordered” to saying that my mom “did not deserve to know her name” when asked.
