Edit! I spoke with the owner today who was much easier to deal with and apologetic. He issued a credit for the entire order. I understand it's highschool kids running the show at night and can appreciate that the owner at least took responsibility.

Tonight we ordered EoC for dinner at 5:55. I called at 7:05 and he was just leaving. I called again at 8pm to see where it was, and the kid who answered the phone told me they accidentally left our pizza with another customer, went back to get it, and was now on his way to us. I said, wait, it was left with another customer and you're still going to bring it to us? He confirmed. I said, you realized that's not acceptable for contamination and sanitary reasons? And he gave me to his manager.

His manager proceeded to tell me she could make me a new one but I'd have to wait ANOTHER hour, or she could credit the pizza but I couldn't have it (which is fine, I didn't want it) we went with the credit and as it was processing the driver pulled in. My husband went out to talk to him while I expressed to the manager that this shouldn't be allowed to deliver this pizza or others like this, and she ensured me that it was not going to be given to us, only my husband's sub. My husband came in and I asked him "did he try to give you the pizza" and my husband said he did. She proceeded to tell us it shouldn't have happened 🙄 this could have been opened and touched by a sick person, spit on by an angry customer who got the wrong order and had probably waited as long as I have. Or anything else. They also only offered to refund the pizza, not the whole order, and we threw away the rest not trusting it wasn't...

So I ordered pizza on line last night they said 45 minutes the weather was bad so I assumed that it might take longer I ordered at 6:05 at 8 o'clock I decided I should call and no one answered and they had already charged my card and no 1 answered the phone the rest of the night and I never received my food the next day I call and talk to a manager and she said that they were closed because of the weather but they forgot to shut off be on line ordering and that I could get my money back in 2 to 3 business days and that is all they can do for me I'm pretty sure you maybe could give me a coupon or offer me free food since I didn't get to eat the night before since you never showed up I cannot believe that they are not going to attempt to make this right do you think They would be OK if I order pizza and when it came I told them I would pay for it in 2 to 3 business days I don't think so Pizza Hut's...
