Paul is a great guy and operates a great business.

After reading some of the 1 star reviews it needs to be said, not only do these people not know what they are talking about, they obviously have no idea how well versed Paul is in his line of business. He has operated a number of shops just like this and is well accomplished.

To say that he doesn't know anything about the value of gold and jewelry is quite literally laughable. To say that he doesn't operate fairly is false. I have personally witnessed the man interacting with customers and telling them plainly what they have and how he operates.

He is 100% honest and sincere and wouldn't be recognized as the stellar businessman that he is if not for the fact that he has so many satisfied customers.

Anyone that doesn't give this man more than 3 stars is...

EXCELLENT customer service! Tim went above and beyond to locate and return my father's 1962 class ring to our family after it was mistakenly sold to them. He made time to listen to our predicament, search for the ring and even said this was a success story for his business. He was glad to help us out. His empathy for our situation is commendable.

I stopped at this store to have a 14ct. gold bracelet checked out, trying to make up my mind whether I wanted to sell it. Thank gawd I held on to it ! Then the next day I took it to a store in Stow, Ohio that I have dealt with in the past & they offered me $1,000.00 MORE than this store in Wooster. Now, I'm not against someone making a buck, but that is not acceptable , especially for a business that posts a Bible verse in their front window ! My advice is to shop around before deciding on this place !...
