Burger King — Restaurant in Wooster

Went through the drive thru and my order was wrong. Went inside 3 times hoping each time the order had been corrected. The last time i called and I requested my money back, a girl answered and said she remembered me and asked that I come back in to resolve the matter.. I get there and this girl (B) is apparently nowhere to be found and The manager steps in with a nasty attitude and snatched the bag from me and tossed in trash next to her. She then went to register and tossed me $1 and some change as I held my hand out. I asked “excuse what is this” and she says that’s the money for the nuggets. (Mind you I spent $20+ And everything I ordered was wrong) she then grabbed the bag out of the trash to see what all was in it and said she couldn’t refund me. I stood in shock and complete anger. Instead of making a rational decision, I asked for the number to corporate and she walked away for about 5 minutes talking to someone else and slid a paper across the counter As she smiled saying “have a great day” .. the number was wrong but I found the number myself. I’ve been calling corporate for months now and no matters have been resolved. My family and I had an unpleasant experience at this Burger king. The drive-through employee kept cutting off my husband through the monitor when he was trying to provide the reward code as the app states to provide it before ordering, he then told him to pull up to the second window while having us wait what seemed like on purpose because we didn't just order food like a robot and wanted to gain points with our order, when he opened the window he completely acted like he didn't know what we was talking about with the burger king app code, and made us feel like we were in the wrong when the directions was right in front of us on what to do, instead of just explaining he wasn't trained in that area, or didn't want to put the code in for us, he made us feel ignorant and handled the scenario very unprofessionally. Went through the drive about 5:00. Ordered 2 whopper meals with large fries and 2 milkshakes also ordered a chicken sandwich. I dont know what they gave us but the meals were terrible. They did not give us a receipt so we can't file a formal complaint. The whoppers were awful. The meat did not taste like meat at all. It had no flavor, was cold, and had a bad odor. Could not eat it and ended up throwing it out. I hope it wasn't that fake meat. I made us sick. Also the fries were both cold. No one ate the chicken sandwich yet so can't comment on it. The large shakes (one chocolate and one vanilla) were ok. Cant get rid of that taste if bad meat. The order was around $30. Thought they put the receipt in the bag since they didn't hand me one.
