Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Wooster

Absolutely the worst service I've ever had. I made an order at 8:35 p.m, and I was supposed to have received it at 9:10. 9:30 comes around so I call for the status of my order, and they tell me that they have not received an order, but they will re-order it over the phone for me. I begin to order again, but once I state that I would like my salad, the woman on the phone tells me they don't make salads after 9. When I ordered my salad in the first place, it was 8:35, not nine. So she gives me attitude about getting out the items to make a salad for me, which as a customer, you shouldn't complain to me about having to get out ingredients for something I'm paying for and already ordered an hour prior. Once I finish ordering over the phone, my original order, that they "didn't receive" arrives. Only issue is I am missing part of my order. I call the store back to tell them I need to cancel the order I just made because the "lost order" arrived and that I was missing a 5 piece bread stick. After calling again around 9:45, I am told the driver will return with my bread sticks. I call an hour later to report that I had not yet received my bread sticks! The store is now closed, but I call anyway and they answer and say they will get a hold of the driver and report back to me. Twenty minutes later they call and tell me that they cannot reach their driver. So, either they lied and never made my bread sticks order and never sent it out, or their driver stole my order and went home. They offered me $5 onto my account, but I don't plan on ordering...

Good evening fellow PIZZA HUT attendees, I come to you on this date in order to provide an important message about my experiences at this PIZZA HUT location. On March 5th 2001, I entered this PIZZA HUT with an immense hunger, the staff was friendly and the pizza was superb, and the atmosphere was relaxing. What soiled my experience at this PIZZA HUT were the occurrences upon my exit of the establishment. As I was taking my final bite of pizza, an intense fear washed over me, I immediately gathered my things and made my way to the door, as I touched the handle, a cool breezed surrounded my body. At that moment I knew this location was haunted and the PIZZA HUT ghost had attached itself to my presence. Shameful... I have spent 20 long years trying to rid myself of this entity and finally I am free and able to share my story. Do not go to this PIZZA HUT location unless you are extremely well-versed in the removal of...

Tried calling it in.... But she didn't understand my coupon so she put me back on hold which was very annoying because I had already been on hold for 15 minutes.

Waiting for our pizza in Pizza Hut, a man walked in the door and she handed him his huge order and told him "Thank you, enjoy!" as she walked away. He sat his order down and called her back, saying that he still has to pay for it. She thanked him for his honesty as she rang up his order for almost $80. She thanked him several times for his honesty.... I told him as well, thanking him for being a good example for my 10 year old son who was watching. Evan said "he could have just walked out without paying, right dad? " yep, he could have..... but he didn't. Great teaching...
