Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Wooster

We ordered a pizza from the "Wooster PapaJohns on beall ave." We orderd grillex chicken, alfredo sauce, bacon, mushrooms, and peppers. First off. the delivery driver did not follow the instructions, they left the pizza outside on our grill and called us with an unmarked number. It sat out there for an hour. Cold pizza.

Second, We called back because we realized that there was a mistake on the pizza. they added a topping that my fiance is allergic to. They would do nothing about it because it was apparently an error on our end due to their site putting it on. Very rude customer service and we will not order from there again.

Go with another local store. They do not value...

⭐️⭐️ only on this order. 3/8/25 Update: placed order tonight. Ordered pizza (great), garlic knots(great), Philly cheesesteak papadilla (horrible, it was a cheese and onion with 2 small pieces of steak and 3 pieces of green pepper). I've never had one this bad ever. Super disappointed! Plus the garlic knots came with the pizza sauce, I also choose pizza sauce for the Philly and got none, then paid for 2 extra cups, and 1 of those 2 wasn't even half full. 🤦‍♀️

Oredered their special xl 2 topping for $11. Went to pick it up and was informed that they ran out of xl boxes and that's why I had 3 boxes. I didn't think much of it till I got home. Two boxes had half a pizza each (4 pieces each not 5) and one box had the whole uncut pizza in it. I called and said what I had in front of me. I was informed they just crammed my xl pizza into the large sized 14 inch box. Said it was probably due to them being so busy. Wow thanks for making me feel like my order counted!! Also how my 16" xl pizza only measured 14" and fit perfectly well into the 14" box and had enough room for the sauce too is...
