Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Wooster

Stopped to grab a milkshake, ordered a Large Chocolate at 7.65. I was told 6.65 to pull forward. Got to the window and was told $3, I said no I ordered the milkshake. He said that was the ladies in front of me, oh well. He then had 6.65 on the screen but asked me what size I ordered. I said large, he said he thought it was a medium and changed it to 7.65. A minute later a lady came to the window and handed me my shake. My 1st thought was it was a small cup but thats fine. I took a drink and looked at the sticker and it said medium 🤦🏻‍♂️. The milkshake was horrible. Imagine a slightly thicker chocolate milk that has a very weak flavor. I places a cake order with the cake decorator on Friday and asked her if she can have it ready for Sunday and she told me yes. When we went to go pick up the cake for my son's 18th birthday, they told us the pick up time for the cake was noon, we got there at 1230p and they tell us the cake is not even ready. Went today through the drive-thru asked for a chocolate milkshake and the response I got was "Sorry we don't have that flavor"....What place that HAS milkshakes on thier menu and are not be able to make a chocolate milkshake? I asked what flavors they did have and the girl rattled off all of their ice cream flavors.
