I've always had a decent experience aside from tonight... 1. The lady that was working was too busy talking to her coworker and folding washcloths to realize a bed was empty after the woman left so I sat there for a bit then went and made her aware the bed was empty and I'd like to use it (since I was the next one on the sign up sheet). She says "ok" and goes to start the timer.... I had to make her aware the bed was not cleaned and that I watched the woman leave the room and no one went in to clean it. She looked incredibly confused as to what I was saying. Then I go in to use the bed and I typically do 8 minutes in the affinity bed so I don't burn. I'm laying there thinking "man this has been a long time." I look up and I'm 9.5 minutes in. Once again, incredibly unprofessional and could really burn someone bad especially if it's their first time and they don't pay attention to the time inside the bed. Some people even fall asleep while tanning. So I make her aware that it went well past 8 minutes and that the bed was still going when I left the room. She responds with "ok, sorry I must have put the max amount." Literally did not care whatsoever. I know it's a more affordable membership considering tanning salons in the area are a bit more pricey but I guess this is when "you get what you pay for" comes into effect. This was a wonderful addition to our area! Wooster definitely needed a location that was for all fitness levels and that offers a great monthly price. I have only visited the gym on weekends and a few weekday evenings but overall, I think the staff does a good job of keeping it clean and offering assistance, if needed. They have a great number of machines available (I have never had to wait) and I like they have rooms in the back for floor workouts, abs and circuit training. it makes it wonderful to switch up the types of workouts you are doing. My only complaint (which I also mentioned to staff) is that the water fountains get quite a bit of buildup on/around them and they could be cleaned a bit better, especially since your face is so close and...you drink from them. Overall, great location and I plan to keep my membership.

Note: The best way to track their current specials is to look online. They change every month or so and it's best to wait for the $10/month and no money down deal! Please note, there is a $40/year charge that hits around the beginning of the year or...
