Went in to pick up mobile orders for my wife and I and when I arrived home we found out her flat bread was not toasted. My wife called and politely explained that her flatbread wasn't toasted and that every time she's ordered in the past subway was required to toast it. The woman on the phone was then very patronizing and interrupted my wife explaining how the NEW flatbread they switched to isn't like that and that you have to request it to be toasted (even though there's no toasted option in the app for flatbread) and that she needs to put it in "special instructions" and that it's fine because "other people do it all the time". Read moreNormally when I go to subway it is just order, grab, and go. When I was ordering I was talking to Aden and he was really upbeat and chill, he was very kind on top of it. He knows what he’s doing like it’s the back of his hand and overall a 5 star worker. I would recommend this subway to anyone mainly because of Aden. Overall Aden is a great worker and a great person, he should get a raise because he takes it above and beyond without even realizing he does.
