Can’t say enough nice things about this business and the owners. Store hasn’t been open long in Wooster but is making a positive impact in the community already. Owners are incredibly kind and generous, staff is amazing and friendly and the coffee and food is top notch. On multiple occasions, while going through the line, the owners have stopped out to have a quick chat and talk about their story, their menu and introduce themselves. Today, I went through around 6 AM and their network was down. Instead of closing their store while they worked thru the issue, they took my order and gave me my drink and sandwich for free. Went there for the first time today. I'm not in town very often so it was nice to be able to try this and there was one car in front of me and sitting their ordering out the window, one of the owners came on and talked to me personally that I have known since I was in junior high. Absolutely fantastic customer service, they made me feel like I mattered. That I wasn't just somebody else ordering coffee, and to get those drive-thru times down and keep it moving. Oh, my! Best frozen coffee I have ever had. Drove up to place my order and said I love iced or frozen, sweet and creamy coffee. I believe it was the owner I was talking to. He recommended a frozen latte with mocha and caramel, then said he could add coconut to it. That is what I ordered, and it was amazing. The coffee was perfect.
