Xtreme Rental Purchase — Local services in Wooster

When I first went to Xtreme a very nice sales man assisted me & explained how everything works with the rentals. He told me that they aren't like other rental places, and that they're not calling & bugging you because you're a day late with a payment. Well guess what he must have been lying to me to get my business. Yesterday was Sun payment was due, but they were closed. So I was in my car this morning getting ready to head there to make a payment & my phone rang.. Yep, you guessed it.. It was Xtreme calling me for a payment. This is not normal for me to have a late payment, if anything I'm either early or right on time. I have a great credit score, if that says anything. At $81.27 per month, you'd think they'd cut a little slack...

Omgosh,Xtreme rental employees don't make me feel like a good customer. Extreme employees make me feel like family. A family member that is taken care of with respect, dignity and value. Amazing prices! The employees are awesome! Jack helped my husband and I the first time we were there and he did not seem like he was just the for a sale. He showed us lots for different things. We told him we had a budget and he worked it us. Showed us things that we told him we had an idea and worked with our budget....
