ABC Tailor Shop — Local services in Worth Township

I’ve been coming here for years, and because it’s been a struggle for me to speak directly with the person who oversees the business, my only resort was to come here and hopefully get a response. The past few times I have came here, the quality of my tailoring was poor, to point the items look defected and I can’t wear them. Others pieces are wearable but the tailoring isn’t clean. Today is the 4th time that I have called them earlier in the day to confirm what time they would be closing and when I arrive, they have closed early. I come from downtown and that’s very inconvenient for me. I’ve also brought in items recently with work I specifically asked to be done, but yet “corners are cut” to complete the job. Because of this a pair of leather pants I have were altered incorrectly and now They can’t be fixed and now I’ve lost $100 on a pair of pants.others pieces I were able to take them to a different tailor and get them taken out and redone correctly. Like I said I’ve been coming here for years but I would say over the past year the quality has definitely changed. I have been coming to ABC Tailors for years. Customer service was good when Eric was there. I picked up my alteration today. The person at the front desk never spoke, no type of acknowledgment. She just looks at me. I give her the receipt she gives me the skirt. I then tell her I want to try it on. I go in the dressing room to try it on. I then come out of the dressing room after trying it on.She never asks is everything ok. How does it fit ? How about A THANK YOU for your Business. That would have been nice.I might also add there were no other customers in there at the time.I have been in there a few other times with her. She is usually screaming at her child also another time an older lady was in there on her cell phone screaming behind the desk. I tried to give it a chance but this is the last day. This is a great tailor shop. The major problem is the hours. I never know when they will be open. The hours have changed from 10a-6p to 11a-6p. Closed from 3p-4p. I was there 2day @ 11:30a & the store was closed. This is the 3rd time on 3 different days that this has happened. I’ve tried calling before going, but no answer. I went bk around 2:45p, the store was open. I explained to the sales lady about this problem & she barely opened her mouth. No apology, nothing for my inconvenience. She could have cared less.
