I have been a customer of The Great Frame Up - Oak Lawn for over 15 years. I have used them for over 20 framing projects, and each and every time it has exceeded my expectations. This is the best framing store I have ever utilized. Their customer service, selection of frames and matting, and pricing is unparalleled. The staff have keen eyes that have always guided me towards the best framing outcomes. I am a picky and demanding customer that has the highest standards when it comes to first class and conservation framing. They have been more knowledgable and patient with me than any other framing store I have used in over 3 decades! I cannot recommended them more highly. I brought in an historic panoramic photo of Chicago that was passed down to me (and has sentimental value to me) for reframing. The Great Frame Up in Oak Lawn and specifically the manager, Tony did an excellent job framing and correcting errors that had been made when it was last framed in 1984. On top of doing an excellent job, he was able to get the job done on a rather short time frame (as I had out of time guests arriving). My picture came out beautifully!! I first made the giant mistake of going somewhere else & boy did they mess things up. I was so happy to find Tony at The Great Frame Up in Oak Lawn, who was thankfully able to fix everything. The craziest thing is that it was actually less expensive here than at the chain stores & there is absolutely no comparison in quality. This place is top notch & I will never go...
