I came yesterday December 16. I cashed out at 7:44 pm. My cashier was 60655 and my order number 353794102 I spent a good $240 . When I walked in before i ordered a store sales rep in the front told me Twice if I spent for than $90 that I would get free THC gummies that were being advertised or a free joint . I told the lady that sounds like a good deal so I spent over $90 when I finished placing my order I asked her if I just notify the cashier about the offer you gave to retrieve the edibles or joint she told me yes that the third time now she said this . I went off to pay in a great mood. And that cashier was just the rudest no manners no work ethic was terrible . I told him about the promotion the lady told me about to get my free joint or gummies he told me no that they don’t do that but I can just buy it at a discounted price and I kept explaining to him the offer & he kept behaving arrogant not wanting to assist me really . It’s not fact that the offer was just a lie or maybe he didn’t want to give it to me he could of just said no we don’t have that offer it expired or something more professional I would have been okay with that it was JUST HIS ATTITUDE THE WAY HE SAID & DID THINGS. I was trying to pay with my card it immediately bothered him said oh the is a fee for $3.50 or use the atm for $3.00 like a 50cent walk was going to make a difference I could tell he just did not want to transact with me I’m not spend $90 I’m spending $240 I was going to spend more that even almost $400 until I took some stuff off my Order because of the false advertisement and poor customer service . Read moreBy far the WORST customer service ever, ever! Completely ruined my 04/20/2024 for sure. I purchased 28 grams of High Supply's Bio Jesus and only received 5 GRAMS!!! BLEW MY MIND!!!. I contacted customer service with a video from seal being broken to weight of product. They make it impossible to send them the video and won't let me show it to anyone at any of their Chicago locations in person. I am at a complete loss of $200 because they have made it impossible for me to send the video. I now shop at Rise, a much more customer service friendly establishment. Curaleaf makes you feel like you're dealing with crack dealers. I truly appreciate the friendly warmness of the staff at RISE. I will be outside Curaleaf locations in the Chicago area periodically showing my video and making my complaints in person to any customers that will listen. I can actually talk to management at RISE! CURALEAF, YOU ARE BOGUS! I don't shop with people that smile in your face and ACT all friendly with me, but as soon as there's a problem they don't know you anymore. However I've noticed a particular trend, whenever the cashier is John I always walk out upset. 3 out of 3 times he has cashed me out now I've walked out with my mood ruined. He's rude, impatient, and doesn't even try to give any kind of customer service. They always tell you its two green buttons and a red when paying with a debit card and he gets rude and impatient if you don't hit the buttons instantly. He must not realize that I am using my debit card and I may want to read what the screens say. He's done that every time. This last time the debit machine was down and after trying multiple times he just looks up at me and only says "we'll that'll be 110 dollars" with this "I guess your S.O.L." attitude about him. I ask what do I do because I only had my card and he motioned to the ATM machine. I ask if there's a fee on the atm and he says "of course" with an attitude.
