Would offer ZERO stars if I could...First off, my family has frequented this establishment for at least 15 years and order often. Over the past few years everything has gone down hill from the customer service to the food quality. My son and I eat inside there almost EVERY Friday night and a couple of months ago, we ordered for the entire family through the drive through, bringing it home instead. Upon opening our order, it was realized that the ENTIRE order had been made wrong. Therefore, my wife called back and the girl who answered the phone was nice enough, but questioned the validity of the claim until she spoke with the cooks and verified that they had made the items wrong. Next, she proceeded to take my wife's name, offered her name and said we could return whenever we liked to have our order replaced. At that point, my wife specifically asked if there was a time limit and did we need to utilize this credit in any specific time frame, to which the employee said, "NO, you can redeem this whenever you like." Now, my son and myself continued eating there on Friday evenings, but had no need to redeem the larger order credit and intended to do so when my wife would be eating with us. Fast forward a couple months and we decided to go in, redeem our credit and enjoy dinner. However, the girl at the counter refused to honor the credit, stating it had been too long since our last visit (keep in mind we're there EVERY week and could have easily redeemed it in portions, but felt it was best to redeem the entire credit at once). So, because your employees offer poor customer service and you want to save a minimal amount of money (cost of a single order), you WILL ABSOLUTELY lose our entire business going forward since you have essentially robbed my family of our hard earned money. Well over $100/month spent there will no longer be. Read moreStopped by on a whim a few days ago. This place has been here forever but I finally stopped to see if the food is as good as I'm told it is!!
So let me start by saying that getting your food is no issue. Drive-thru works nicely, but be warned that the traffic on 111th can be loud so you might not be able to hear as well.
Got to the window, payment was easy as they accept electronic payments in addition to cash. Got the food, and it was a wrap!!!
The food is standard fare: burgers, hot dogs, fries, things of that nature. I ordered the hot dogs, a double cheeseburger and garlic fries. The hot dogs were not mine, but they were good (I got a bite! 😂)! The garlic fries were to die for, they were that good!! Let me warn you all also: they don't skimp on the fries. They give you a LOT!!! I am 238 pounds and I could not finish them! Now for the double cheeseburger, it was good, but my only criticism is that there was so much lettuce (which can have a higher water content) on the bread that the bottom bun got soggy. Let me be clear, the burgers were nicely done, though. So maybe they can go easy on the lettuce in general?
Anyhow, I'll definitely go back. Good food worth the money, especially those garlic fries!!!

Read moreMy first time hhrre and wish I would of gotten my lunch somewhere wlse. I was in that city for work. There was way too much sauce on my gyro that it leaked out all over the wrapper. I'm not sure if it was a meat or the sauce but something was spicy and I'm not allowed to have spicy food due to a medical condition and I've never had a gyro before that was spicy. The restaurant was clean I had to use the restroom and it was clean. The person who took my order was friendly enough she needed a smile more but she wasn't rude or anything. I would just like to make a suggestion that when somebody comes from out of town and they tell you they're from out of town and it's their first time there, the person taking the order should offer a suggestion of what's popular or something that's good. When I told her it was my first time there I was really hoping for a suggestion and maybe I should have just asked for one instead of assuming she would give me one so that's not her fault that's on me. I was recommended this place by one of my customers along with another place and I ended up using this place because they had Gyros and now I really wish I would have just went to the other place because I didn't even finish my food and now I'm still hungry but I have no intent of finishing my food as it was...
