Flowers By Cathe — Local services in Worth Township

I called Flowers By Cathe on September 24th 2022 @ 1:01pm. I was looking to purchase a funeral package for my 94 year old grandmother who recently transitioned. The woman who answered the phone was EXTREMELY RUDE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! She began to say how busy she was and how the owner was out for surgery, That was the owner's private business. This woman had very poor customer service. When I asked about pricing, she rushed through the prices so fast I couldn't even write anything down I got off the phone with a very poor experience and an immediate need to GO ELSEWHERE. I also told my family member who is looking for a florist for her wedding to not use this place. A potential customer does not want to be told how busy you are, nor do they want to hear about the owner's private medical business although I do wish the owner a speedy recovery. I ended up going with another florist nearby who had very good phone etiquette and EXCELLENT CUSTOMER service we also used them for a wedding and will be using them again for all of our special events. I will never use Flowers By Cathe due to a very poor phone experience.

(Reply to the owner): I have never stepped foot into your store. My entire experience was via the telephone as I aforementioned. Perhaps you are mixing me up with someone else. But before you say someone entered your store, make sure that you are accurate. As a potential customer only I know what I experienced when I called your establishment on the day and time mentioned above. UPDATE: I did order another arrangement and it was beautiful. However, it was more then what I thought I was spending. They were never clear on what I was actually spending. When I saw the charge hit my account I was taken aback. Plus their delivery fee is pretty high. I'll be trying a different shop for my next arrangement next week.

I will be a life long customer of Flowers by Cathe. Again they amazed me with a beautiful arrangement for my Aunt's 88th birthday. Additionally I give them specific instructions regarding delivery and they followed them to the T, including texting me photo of the arrangement before delivery. They delivered, including Jennifer. I appreciate all you did....

Late post: It's the day before prom and I get a call saying that the boutonniere and corsage had forgotten to get ordered! By the grace of God, I found Flowers by Cathe! She was able to create a custom arrangement on the spot and I walked out with both the same day! Cathe and her staff were so friendly, personable, and super reasonable with pricing! Needless to say, my daughter, her date, and everyone else was so amazed at the design and how much it matched their attire! All I did was show them a picture of my daughter's dress and WaaLa!
