Mariscos El Camaron Coketo is an absolute gem for seafood enthusiasts like me! My recent lunch experience at this restaurant left me thoroughly impressed and satisfied. From the moment I stepped in, I was captivated by the unique decor, the unique fish tanks scattered throughout the restaurant. It was captivating to watch the colorful fishes swim gracefully while waiting for my delicious meal. This thoughtful touch added an element of wonder and made the dining area all the more enjoyable. Now, let's talk about the main stars of the show - the shrimp taco and fish taco. Both dishes were nothing short of exceptional! The shrimp taco was a culinary delight. The shrimp were plump, succulent, and expertly seasoned. Each bite was bursting with flavor, perfectly complemented by the fresh toppings and a zesty sauce. Next up, the fish taco, which was an absolute revelation and it did not disappoint! The fish was tender, flaky, and oh-so-succulent. The marinade they used was exquisite, giving the taco a delightful tanginess. Topped with fresh lettuce, tomatoes, and a special sauce, it was a symphony of flavors that left me wanting more. Mariscos El Camaron Coketo is a seafood paradise with a unique decor that sets it apart from other restaurants. The shrimp taco and fish taco were simply divine, and the overall dining experience was one to remember. If you're a seafood enthusiast looking for a fantastic meal in a captivating setting, this is the place for you! I can't wait to return and try more of their enticing offerings. Highly recommended! You won't be...

Service was ok, didn't realize that our waitress was also the bartender, while there was also two other waitress. I understand that it is a Friday night but the place isn't that packed I did have to flag down to be able to get more drinks and then waited another ten minutes just to be get our check because again our waitress was the bartender like I said it's not like it super busy if they have time to sit and chat, I did ask for a box for leftovers but that was also taking long I did ask two different individuals for a to go box so we left and left our food behind which is fine because it's not like if the food was worth taking back home anyway. So if you are looking for decent food and service this might not be the place for that, if you want karaoke and entertainment sure but I would skip this place and look for something...

Food was okay. Service was ok at first. We ordered drinks and they were disgusting. Margarita tasted like some type of cream like milk. Paloma was just tap water and pina colada was very sweet. When telling the waitress we didn’t like it she said that was the first time she heard anyone say that and couldn’t give us another drink. We asked for the bill and she made us wait like 10mins while she talked with her employees. When paying I noticed they charged me an extra $5 for extra chicken when she never told us there would a charge for getting chicken INSTEAD of shrimp. In that case give me the shrimp and I’ll take it home. Waitress ended up being the owner which is horrible she told us she had to charge us the drinks she couldn’t remove them. Guess because they did not have any customers and really needed the money. They lost...

Mariscos El Camaron Coketo did not disappoint! I had the paella, huachinango (red snapper), and ceviche tostadas—all of them were absolutely delicious and packed with flavor. The seafood was super fresh, and the portions were generous. The paella was perfectly seasoned, the huachinango was crispy on the outside and tender inside, and the ceviche tostadas were refreshing and zesty. The restaurant has a fun, coastal vibe with friendly service and a clean, welcoming atmosphere. Definitely one of the best Mexican seafood spots in Blue Island. Highly recommend if you’re looking for authentic mariscos and good vibes!

First time here and let me just say the best! The food was great, the inside was beautiful and cleaned. The service was amazing, she was very attentive, she made sure we were fine. I been to the Sirena(about 10 times, different days and times)in crestwood and the worst. Service and food. We paid much less here compared to the Sirena. The bathroom was cleaned too, they have a diaper changing table and it’s big enough to fit a stroller if needed too lol . It is just one bathroom though. I’ll definitely be coming back here with family and friends.
