Blue Island Public Library — Attraction in Worth Township

This library is very nice especially the book sale. However the older Caucasian male who is tall and heavy set is very MEAN and rude..he works at the front circulation desk .I'm not sure how he got a job there with many people unemployed who would love to help people work at the library. It appears this library has a lack of security. It is more like a t-mobile call center, with all the loud phone conversations. Why paste signs stating do not use cell phone at computer if you're not going to enforce it. Female going on and on for an hour at the computer, talking loud about nothing, merely gossip. I've been coming for a few years now and generally I enjoy going and checking books out, but lately I had a really bad experience where I asked one employee with glasses and dyed hair at the circulation desk for help, but she couldn't answer a basic question about how I could find a particular book and had to ask another employee for help, who promptly replied to use the computer to look it up.
