I bought a sterling silver chain from the store at the Oak Ridge Mall near Chicago. I took it back wants to get repaired and they did not charge me anything but the repair did not last. I took it back a younger gentleman fixed it this time and the owner told me when he handed it to me that it will not come apart this time. It did not come apart, but it turned black, and when I saw this in the mirror, I looked at the repair closer and it looks horrible. I took it to the store to have the four workmanship repaired and to get rid of the blackening of the chain and they wanted to charge me 2750 for the repair. I told him no and that I wanted to talk to the owner. And the owner said all he can do is clean it that a repair will not look perfect. I told him I bought the chain there in and it was perfect when I bought it. He said yes, but a repair will not look perfect. They do not stand behind their craftsmanship or their product. I came to replaced the pearl in hearing in January 23; I’m May of the same year one of the pearls felt off but I found the pearl and I went back to request to put it back and secure it, so it won’t fall again; but, it happened again, this time I lost the pearl. I went back today to complaint an requested to put it back for free, because they didn’t do it right and they refused to do it, they want me to pay again for the pearl and the service. Very Bad...

I brought a bracelet from this store suppose to be a Tiffany & Co. I brought the bracelet in April only wore it once this is the month of May the bracelet is brown and got the nerves to be charging 200 bucks and up for jewelry that's fake... I will be filing a police report and getting my money back as your company is a fraud. You don't even get one star you get no star from me.
