Marathon Sportswear — Local services in Worth Township

I never leave reviews but after the customer service we got from Dan at Marathon, I've been referring them to family and friends. After a not so great experience and quality issues with our previous vendor, we got a quote from Marathon. Figured we'd take a chance based on a friend's recommendation and I'm really glad we did. Great quality, the most competitive pricing I've seen and by far the best customer service I've ever received. Dan really exceeded my expectations making sure that everything was perfect, from coordinating with their in house graphic designers to improve our design to really fast lead times (first order was ready within days). It seems like going above and beyond is the norm here. They not only want your business but your repeat business, that means keeping you happy and they really get that. When I went to pick up our first order, I was pretty amazed by how big their warehouse is, they are not a small outfit. Turns out they have some pretty big contracts with really large companies. Our business is small peanuts compared to them but they don't treat you that way. Anyway, just my own personal experience, take it for what it's worth. But we're done looking for an apparel vendor, these guys...

I am a competitive theater director at a local high school and I have been ordering our Cast T-Shirt from Marathon Sportswear for the past three years now. This years t-shirt experience deserves the highest of praises. Working with Dan is always great. He helps handle every step of the process, quote, pulling the digital design, pick up communication (because we are so close), sensitive to a short deadline, and follows up afterwards. We have ordered the slightly more expensive material BUT softer and we’ve sold more this year to our staff than ever before. The cast loves the design and their names on the back came out much bigger and popped so much more! I placed an order through my kids school, according to their size chart, and when i received the items all but 1 item fit, the rest were too small. I tried contacting the company...after sending an email and calling and leaving messages for 3 days, they said i couldn't exchange them because the school wouldnt allow it. Well i contacted the principal and found out that was a lie. I pray business isn't...
