Very disappointed with the services I received. I did a Brazilian, full leg and underarm wax. For starters, my waxer was late to my appointment which was made for right when they open at 10am so it’s not like she was running behind with another client. Then during the wax she had to leave the room multiple time for supplies so she was unprepared for the appointment. When finished everything seemed great but the lights where dim so I didn’t have a chance to check the work before I left other than feel and it felt soft and smooth due to all the lotion and oil used to get the was residue off but now that I am home I can clearly see a ton of missed areas. This is not my first time getting waxed, so I did all the correct prep, let my hair grow out long enough, exfoliated my skin 24 hours before as well as a gentle wash an hour before and did not use any lotion. I had an appt with Sylvia to do an acrylic fill with gel polish. It was fantastic! She did an amazing job. She took her time, was very attention-to-detail and always made sure I was happy with what she was doing. Everything was perfect! Super clean salon with a nice atmosphere.
