KFC — Restaurant in Worthington

Very poorly managed. The employees in the kitchen were being so derogatory and using such horrible language speaking poorly of the other coworkers it was pathetic. For the most part the restaurant and bathrooms were clean but the floor throughout the restaurant was so greasy and slipper; there's going to be a serious lawsuit due to slip and fall. The young lady who took our order had, what I can only assume were, hickie's all over her neck. If she has a medical condition then shame on me but they looked like hickies. She did not ask us if we were ordering to stay or carry out wich caused confusion later on. There is no ordering system; such as numbers, for the customers so they didn't know who's order went with who. She asked us if we wanted extra crispy and we both said yes but we got original recipe. There was a buffet going on and we checked it as we came in and it had nothing on it but 2 pieces of what looked like cold chicken and an apple crisp. Other than our chicken not being extra crispy the food was pretty good considering the unprofessional environment that the employees caused. I will not go back...

I ordered 16 piece of extra crispy white chicken meal, with 2 sides of mashed potatoes and 2 sides of Mac n’ cheese. But they didn’t have Mac n’ cheese so I asked for potatoes wedges instead. They didn’t have that either, so we reluctantly got coleslaw. They didn’t have white chicken pieces so we had to settle with dark meat. Totally fine but then they also didn’t have enough extra crispy ones so we got told if we’re okay with some original pieces and we were. Once we got our food they gave us two cookies to apologize for this. We told them that it was okay, we understood and drove off but once we got out of town did we realize that they only gave us 8 pieces of original chicken. It was already too late to return back and get our refund because it would’ve taken 30 minutes to get there and they would have been closed by then. So basically not only did we loss around 20 some dollars but got the food order we didn’t originally ask for. Utterly disappointed/sad in this especially since we were patient and kind to them. I personally would not go back...

We came here around 4 pm, and the restaurant was not busy with dine-in or with drive thru. So, there was no plausible reason for the buffet being almost COMPLETELY OUT of all the hot dishes. There were 5 pieces of chicken, 2 drumsticks and 3 wings. Mashed potatoes, out. Gravy, out. 3 biscuits. Some nasty concoction which I assume was chicken gravy with vegetables, out. We asked if they were planning to restock the buffet. One of the girls scraped out the old, dried mashed potatoes clinging to the side of the container, and dumped it over the fresh potatoes. The buffet was filthy!!!! Spills everywhere. When we went to the bathroom to wash our hands, we both almost slipped on the floor - it was that greasy. We left without eating, because we realized that the manager was ok with the condition of the restaurant. ...
