Recently purchased a new king size mattress from here. I've been looking for awhile and decided we would stop here on a whim last Sunday. The staff was great very nice, informative and not pushy! The mattress I picked out was at the mid rivers location and was shipped to wright city by Tues. It was easy to move (rolled in a box), took about a full 24 hours to be completely to it's size, no weird smells. At first I thought it was a little too hard compared to my previous Serta mattress but it also had sagging and dips after 5 years, which killed my back and I never got good sleep because of tossing and turning. But after the first 2 nights I noticed I was not tossing and turning and was actually sleeping. I did want something firmer and I'd say it's probably about a 6.5/7 to 7/8. The manager of this store, Daniel Smith, was amazing to work with. We were moving into a new house and I had an idea of what sectional couch I needed but not the exact dimensions. He went above in beyond helping me figure out what I needed, and then after move in when I realized I had ordered incorrectly, he made it a priority to resolve that for me as well. It was a Memorial Day weekend, I sure he was slammed, and he still spent time on the phone with me while I measured and figured out what pieces I needed to switch to work for our living room. He was so kind and personable and very reassuring that it was not a problem to switch the furniture and get me what I needed. He called around to see what he could get to me fastest and made everything easy, while also staying aware of my budget and letting me know about deals they had going on for the weekend sale.
