Subway — Restaurant in Wright City

So disappointed. . Last night I called the Wright City Subway and and asked what time they opened as we wanted to order 7 of the 6.99 footlongs for the next morning. She told me come in at 8:30 when they opened which we did. We ordered there and twice I asked the girl again if these were all the 6.99 sandwiches and she said yes. When we came back at 11:00 my husband went in to pick them up and the bill was over $90. We went back to ask why and they told us they had to be ordered on line. Their employee had 3 opportunities to tell me this and failed to. Never again. Either it was deliberate or she was uninformed by management but regardless these sandwiches would not have been purchased if they were going to be more than 6.99. We are in our 70's so we don't go online for ordering usually, however I would have gladly done so to pay the 6.99 if I knew, as I expected to get these sandwiches for the 6.99 price. It was the employees responsibility to tell me this offer was only for online orders when I asked her specifically if these were the 6.99 sandwiches. She had several opportunities to do so. I will also be reporting this location to Subways...

Seriously, what part of " every veggie on sandwich did they not understand"? Yet, I got scant veggies that already came with the sandwich. No cucumbers, black olives ,etc. they literally made it exactly like prescribed on menus , yet, I asked ( which is allowed extra veggies) . Don't go here it's not worth not, so sad. Come on these independent stores are trying to rip you off , as usual foreign people or not, cones down to $$$$$.

K can't vfiguyout how to do another review but it's april Sunday , beginning of the month & the Indian girl who ways hired " said that the toaster oven was not working at 6:00-6:45 pm. Seriously ! This subway wayshop is so bad becyboc LAZY QORKERA, God forbid if they put lettus, tomato, etc on your sandwiches. It's like a SIN to these workers. So sad, because I could do much better as to put normal condimeni on your order. request & never would o LIE to the customers that the toaster oven wasn't working at like 6-7 pm on a Sunday ( busy day) . Please IT WAS OBVIOUS THESE GIRLS ARE LIEING, FEW GIYS . but, the guys aren't as bad. DON'T GO HERE SUBWAY, IN WRIGHT CITY, MO. not worth your time. I'm so...

Pulled in at 7:40pm December 19th. I thought they were closing. Chairs upside down on the tables, one of the two employees had just finished mopping the entire store. One customer was getting a sub made. I got out of my car to see what the closing time was...9pm. I went inside. I asked the kid making the sub if they were still open. He said yes. I asked him why were the chairs on the tables if they weren't closing. He said, "that's how we do it here." I told him with the chairs on the tables, from outside, driving past, looks like you're closed. I then asked him where you're suppose to sit to eat. His reply, "people can eat in their cars." I was so stunned all I could say was, "okay". He kept making the other customer's sub, the taller kid (two boys) kept on with his "closing" duties and left me waiting. There was no bread in the case where it should have been and it appeared a lot of the toppings were down to the bottom of the containers. After a few minutes I decided to leave...with no subs! I hope the owner/manager sees this post. When I left, so did my money. I will never...
