Marty was our salesman. He was nice and seemed to be knowledgeable. He talked me into the Electralux Washer and Dryer to the tune of $3,500. They came and installed and from day one we knew it was not right. It was LOUD and SHOOK more than our 17 year old Maytags. We called them to get service they out source service and the companies are not friendly. The first one came pulled in our driveway and then left with out even ringing the door bell cost my husband a day wages because he took the day off to be there for them. The day he returned (another day we had to take off to be here) he walked in and out in 15 minutes and said this is how this machine is. I took a video of the machine on the spin cycle and brought it to Brummels and four people stood around and said it was not right. So they set another service person to come out. They told us we had to destack it first. We are in our 60's and can not lift that much. Why put it on us when it was wrong from the beginning. Second service guy came and said it is how the machine is and blamed it on our floor. Our Maytags never had a problem with our floor! They don't stand behind their customers or the products they sell. Never again! I figure we will be replacing in about three years do the damage that all of the shaking is...
Read moreUpdate: After leaving a 1 star review, things were handled quickly by management and the washer was replaced. Bummed it took public attention to get things handled, but once it was brought to management's attention, the replacement process was really fast and easy.
We bought a Speed Queen washer and dryer from them. Before we purchased , we made sure that they were certified to work on this washer and dryer under any warranty issues. The sales person assured us they were able to work on these machines. Literally 7 DAYS after purchase, the washer threw an error code. We called Brummel's and told them the issue, and turns out they don't even have a service department at all. Told us to call the manufacturer and there was nothing they could do. Read moreWe bought range, refrigerator and microwave set from Wyoming Brummels. We decided to go there instead of the big box stores because we thought we would receive better customer service. At the time we definitely did receive great customer service. It is now less than 4 years later and our range has developed some sort of short in its circuit board. It is malfunctioning multiple times a week.I went back to Brummels to ask if there was anything they could do to help us and they said no. I believe that a brand new appliance should last at least 4 years before it has a major malfunction and I'm disappointed that Brummels does not follow through and back their products. We had been recommending them to our friends but sadly, no longer and we will look elsewhere for our furniture...
