Awful service, awful pizza. I don’t know how many times I’ve ordered from here and I live at the apartments across the street literally, and I’ve never had a good delivery. My pizza is always UNDERCOOKED and SOGGY. Not mention cold when it gets here. Rude service. This is why nobody orders Pizza Hut at this quality when dominos is down the street for a better price. Save your time.

10/2/23 Dont ever get your pizza here IT WILL ALWAYS BE RAW IN THE CENTER!!! The last few times I ordered out here, they blamed it on delivery circumstances… I respected that they only had one driver, so I decided to just order for pick up this time. It’s expensive to eat, and spending your last $15-$25 to pick a pizza up to feed your family!! They refused to answer their phones as well, I had to be routed to “customer service” simply asking that the pizza be cooked at least 5-10 minutes longer, that’s it!! I get to the store to pick up after only 10minutes after ordering… suspiciously quick. I ask to see the pizza and the short stubby lady (25-35yrs old) wanted to say she hopes it’s not raw because they’re not gonna recook it. In the process of telling them we tried to call and leave a note for it she laughed with another kid in the back and had him shut all the lights off in the store. I accepted the pizza since they REFUSED to throw it in longer… I simply asked for a split payment half cash and half card, and this rude cashier wanted to say “oh you make my head hurt” the kid in the back thought it was sooo funny. Honestly very harassing, I felt robbed.
Update: customer service finally forwarded the call to the store manager “Evelyn” who ironically is the rude one who refused to finish cooking the pizza. Laughed on the phone again talking to her coworkers like this is a joke and completely ignored our complaint, and didn’t care what was to be said, personally not someone who should be in power. Shame on this location, childish and makes everyone who works here look bad.

From The moment we walked in to 44th St location until we left it was horrible. We got there and stood waiting to be seated in an Empty restaurant (1 other table there) for at least 15 min. Our meal got to our table and was missing items a kids pizza and bread sticks and sauce which came 15 minutes after the rest of food. At the end of our meal we dined in for)We asked for a to go box and check and she never returned with either. We walked our food to counter and asked for to go box and a split bill. She didn't know how to do that..seemed annoyed and had an whole attitude about that. The lady who split the bill also unplesant and acted perturbed about splitting the bill: which they didnt even ask us about. This was the most frustrating 😤 experience ever had. Terrible attitudes, poor customer service and mediocre cold wings. We were irritated but polite and patient the whole time (because I was honestly afraid of what they would do to our food)I definitely would NOT RECOMMEND this location EVER! Terrible experience From beginning to end. I have been in the food industry for 20 plus years and love customers service and the industry and have deep respect for it. But this was a first for me. Worst experience. However; I ordered pizza and wings for delivery from 2200 Alpine Ave NW Walker, Mi location 2 days ago (which is why I tried it again today with my family) and had an amazing experience from ordering, to quality and freshness of food, to speedy delivery and great personable driver. Read moreBe aware that Pizza Hut ‘s App won’t take an order if the schedule time is closed. I placed an order at 10:57 pm. Got confirmation Pizza will be ready in 14 minutes. I’ll drove to the location on 44th St.,& Clyde Park by Wyoming Michigan 11 minutes after. A lady manager has closed the doors and was yelling from the inside out “we are closed”. It was freezing snowing, and I was trying to explain “I placed an order, I got a confirmation”…But she was neglecting assistance ! She kept on screaming from the inside “we’re close we’re close”. A gentleman came out, open the door and was as thoughtful to check on my cellular and confirm that I certainly have an order, properly placed. However, he was manipulated by the lady and he end up stating that , “yes, sorry but we are closed”.duhhhhhh, might as well, why would you even bother???? I was sooooo disappointed because of the poor quality of service. I wasted time, energy , gasoline and they really ruined our dinner. I’m a frequent customer and I wouldn’t settle for less than respect. I couldn’t believe they can date to mock customers like that. UNACCEPTABLE! So I received a survey that how was my dinner ? which is proof that that order was placed properly, “ but the manager or lady in service was selfish and neglected” to provide the service she committed to when she was granted to the opportunity to work as a Pizza Hut representative and that’s totally unacceptable....
