I don’t usually leave reviews, but this was a bad experience. I came to this Subway on Sunday, July 6th, 2025, around 8:44 AM. I’ve always known this location to open at 6 AM, so I had no idea the hours had changed. When I walked in, the lady working mumbled something to me I honestly thought she was just greeting me, not saying they weren’t open.
Meanwhile, she was in the middle of making two subs for an online order. So I’m standing there confused like… you’re telling me you’re closed, but you can make food for an online order and hand it to someone before 9 AM? Then when a guy came in after me, she suddenly spoke up louder and clearly said they don’t open until 9 AM. If you’re going to let people know, say it loud and clear the first time.
I get that online orders might have a different system, but it makes no sense to be making and handing out food while telling walk-ins you’re closed. The whole situation felt off, unprofessional, and inconsistent. She even had one of her AirPods in while working, which probably explains why she was mumbling to me in the first place. I didn’t even think that was allowed at Subway.
If the store hours changed, cool but communicate it clearly to everyone, treat people fairly, and be consistent with your service. That’s basic...
Read moreThis subway doesn't even deserve one star. Wish the guy who was working tonight after midnight was wearing a name tag so I could call a manager to report him properly. Either way, I will be calling his supervisor. From the moment I walked in he was extremely unprofessional, and just plain rude. There was no "Hi welcome to Subway! What can I get for you?" He stared at me. Just stared at me until I decided to tell him what bread I wanted. Then he didn't ask what kind of sub it would be, again he just stared until I told him. He acted like it was a complete inconvenience for me to be in there. (Even though they're open 24 hours). After making the sub very sloppy, and adding cheese that barely covered the meat, he put it in the oven without even asking me if I wanted it toasted. Once it was time for the veggies, he was once again completely rude and still not talking. I made it clear I was unhappy, and he got even more of an attitude. I walked away from the food, and didn't purchase anything. Some people clearly should NOT work in customer service. Go work in a factory where you don't have to be in contact with people. Jack ass. I will not return to this subway. There are very few subways open 24 hours in our area, so it's unfortunate this one...
Read moreI bought something very simple, just the chicken and cheese roll. That's $3. I've had this on another Subway in Granville and it was really good. It was with the white American cheese and it was nice and hot. Well I ordered two of them tonight, one for me and one for my daughter. They were awful! She made them with the yellow shredded cheese Aunt. When I asked for extra cheese I was told no because they can't add the cost which makes no sense. When I bit into it, the first bite was okay. The second bite I got unmelted cold cheese and chicken. We threw them away. I do have a picture. Very disappointed. I never got one smile and not one person asked me how I was doing or even said hello. I waited in line even though there was only one person ahead of me already being helped and there were two employees. One employee was busy. The other employee was standing at the register.
