Rude and can't do math. My order was $4.85 and I gave them a $5 bill and $0.85 cents. I expected and single $1 bill instead I received $0.90 cents. I asked him to please correct this. He said pull forward and I will fix it. A few minutes later he showed up with a dime and darted away. I gave the money I did so I would get a $1 bill not a dollar in charge get that just unloaded.
I politely asked for a $1 bill and was told they can't open the drawer without a sale. I asked politely again as it was their mistake twice and that is when the Manager was rude. She was already irritated in the background before she even got to the window. She said, and I quote "I am not giving you a dollar bill you have dollar in change" and "call the cops if you want" and "your blocking my drive thru for $1? This is ridiculous!" and "call corporate they won't do anything anyway and I won't loose my job" and "give him the number to corporate they are just going to send it back to me anyway."
All of what she said was not good, but the line where she said it would just come back to her anyway is the most concerning. This means at a minimum complaints have happened before. It also means that corporate doesn't care or doesn't take action to correct/eliminate customer complaints. If this is how Burger King Corporate Management responds to their own team its no wonder their retail managers react the way they do. Top down mentality in action here apparently.
That is the point when I decided to formalize the complaint and post this review. I do not want her to loose here job and she is probably right in the nothing will happen. But anyone reading this will know to stay away from this Burget King.
Tricia is listed as the Host on the receipt. I am not sure if that is the Manager I spoke with but it may be. I was not rude in any way nor made a scene of any kind yet was met with anger and hostility from a Manger. That is not acceptable and there should be ramifications for such behavior...

On my order we had gotten 3 10pc nuggets for $1.49.... once we had gotten up to the pickup window n she was done handing all my food to me I politely asked for a couple sweet n sour, ranch, and ketchup! Anne says I'm sorry we are out of ALL OF THOSE! So I instead say no problem! I'll take honey n bbq ore honey mustard.... she then days one again I'm sorry we do NOT have any of those either! Smh! I asked if she could give me a salad dressing instead nope! I by this time we extremely annoyed! I asked what DO YOU HAVE THEN???!! she then said buffalo or zesty onion ring sauce smmfh! Seriously??? Why even be open? But it doesn't end there! I get home with the food my kits wouldn't eat because their chicken nugget were old soggy and ice cold but also because they had no sauce for their nuggets n no ketchup for their fries! Then my hubby Penn's hours whopper to discover there was NO MAYO OR KETCHUP! Call up to them and the only thing she did was say there is nothing I can do it's not OUR fault wet ran out!THEN whos fault is it???? It's def not mine! Also she never told us they were out of ketchup n mayo for or sandwiches!!! My kids wouldn't eat their food n my hubby was missing half of his and I paid full price and didn't even get an apology! We will NEVER go back n if I could give them no...
Read moreI cannot understand how this restaurant is still open. The amount of time you spend in the drive thru, or lobby, waiting for your food is absurd. What is frustrating is watching the McDonald’s drive thru, while in this one, and seeing 25+ cars serviced while you wait for the 3 in front of you to get done.
Burger King needs a complete overhaul from top to bottom with the staff. The food is fine, it’s Burger King. But the staff is the absolute worst. The managers are constantly arguing with the rest of the staff. At this point it feels like an ownership issue and I wouldn’t recommend anyone go here. Service is slow and bad, food is ok, cleanliness is ok at best. I wouldn’t recommend anyone go here.
Update; so after almost a year, my family and I returned here. What a mistake. The drive thru was backed up, so we decided to go inside, as there was only 1 person in line.
The person in front of me, who apparently had been waiting awhile, walked over to me and made a joke about waiting. After nearly 5 minutes, a guy walked out from the back of the kitchen, took out a tool from his pocket and locked the lobby doors to keep anyone else from coming in. This was 5:30pm on a Sunday. That simple act, combined with the chaos behind the counter and lack of service, force is to leave.
We will not be back. It now appears it’s an ownership issue....
