Well, something to be honest a little interesting. The place itself is hot if you visit in the summer, as they don't have air conditioning. I'd say this is a bit of a downside, but you can eat outside, which I think is good since there are tables where you can eat if you get too hot.

As for the food, it was good. They took a little time, but it's food that they make at the moment, which I appreciate. To be honest, it lacks a bit of salt, but that's something available on the table, and you can add it to your taste. The sauces and other things for the food are self-serve, which I find very good.

Additionally, I ordered takeout and was able to eat at least two more times in one day. The total cost was only $50, which I think is reasonable since it’s something two people could easily eat for lunch, and I had it all by myself. I ordered two gorditas, a pineapple water, and a huarache, which came to $19. That’s pretty good!

The service is excellent; the person who serves you is very friendly, and you don't have to tip obligatorily, which is great because there are places where you are forced to, but this is not the case.

In summary, I would honestly give it a...

THIS PLACE IS AMAZING FOR ANYONE WITH DIETARY RESTRICTIONS!!! I can't have garlic or onion, which as I'm sure anyone can imagine, makes my options at most Mexican restaurants extremely limited. Well here, they make everything from scratch. Since I developed this sensitivity, I haven't been able to have guacamole out of Mexican restaurant without being out of commission for the rest of the day. Here, they actually make it from scratch for each order, so I was able to get guacamole and actually enjoy it. It was so freaking good! And they were so sweet and helpful. It is a little bit pricey for chips and guac which is why I didn't order it with my food the first time around, but when I asked after I had already paid and she said they make it from scratch, I asked if she meant her order and she said yes and then it made sense. So I placed a second order for that and I'm so glad I did. I only asked for meat and cilantro on the tacos I got and they were still so freaking good. I will be back way more frequently than my bank account would prefer, but this place...

Ate here right before the pandemic and was great ..pull up and can barely notice there open … tacos have changed .. It was closed for a while and opened back up.. feels like it could be different owners or cooks ? the tacos seem completely different… ..flavorless … chicken was very dry …asada dry .. tried to drown it in hot sauce and lime juice and still my jaw almost locked up from the dryness .. sooo dry it activated my ptsd and reminded me of my grandmas dry turkey ..tortillas seemed old and split .. I thought they would give at least two corn tortillas like most places, but they don’t.. can’t remember if they gave you two before the pandemic but they should considering your paying almost $4 for a taco !!! … cilantro and onion was very skimpy …they forgot my jalapeños …took forever ..over 15 minutes which seems impossible considering the chicken seemed old and dry and possible reheat … won’t be back … I’ll continue to find GR area best tacos .. Iam a little blown away by the prior...

I rated the food 3 stars, not because the food isn't good, the food is really good and tasteful. I rated it 3 stars because this few times we been there prizes have gone up on everything (I get it inflation) but if your gonna charge more then at least make sure the portions are according to the prizes, we order some gorditas and there was barely any meat in there. My son was eating a gordita, and my wife found a piece of wire from the brush they used for cleaning. I get it. We all make mistakes, but this mistake could have been really bad, We brought it to their attention, and we only got another one, no discount or nothing else. Overall, this place is good, and I do recommend it to my friends, I only hope they get better with their portions and handle their food more carefully.

Always nice to see a locally owned restaurant doing well. We appreciated the nice, clean décor in the dining room--plants, wood, and paper decorations. We had a wet burrito and chicken enchiladas. It took about 20 minutes order to serving. Both were good, and prices were reasonable. Our service was OK. We had to ask if we order at the counter, seat ourselves, or wait to be seated when no one acknowledged us. At the table, our waitress answered all our questions, but we were never checked on for refills or anything else after we were served. You'll figure out sooner or later that you don't get a bill, you just go up to the front counter and pay. Fun fact: on the wall near the bathrooms there is a space for each Mexican state. You can sign your name under which one you're from.
