Wild Bill's on 1633 28th St SW, Wyoming, MI 49519 showed me and gave me the best customer service I've ever experienced at a vape store. There is a gentleman named Jeremiah who had a customer looking for a type of vape, and unfortunately, they didn't have it. The customer started to walk off, and Jeremiah offered him something similar. The customer took Jeremiah's suggestion. I decided to let Jeremiah know how I've been in so many vape stores and never had someone offer a suggestion without me requesting one. The customer he made the suggestion to agreed with what I said and also stated if he hadn't made the suggestion, he would have gone to another store. I had Kitty, and I actually called up there the day before looking for something specific, and they did have what I was looking for. This was after calling three different stores that didn't. When I went in today and asked for the vape I wanted, she knew who I was; she also gave me some cool info about the product I bought that I didn't know. #greatcustomerservice...

Horrible customer service and employees that are extremely unknowledgeable about literally any of their products. Went there to get a replacement glass kit for the lookah unicorn mini, called ahead to verify they had it and verified with the store employee that it was the right product before purchasing. Got home and the replacement glass was the wrong size. I took the glass kit and receipt back same day an hour later. They would not refund me for the glass kit even though it clearly had no damage and was brought back an hour after purchasing and they did not have the right glass to exchange it with. A no refund policy was NOT made aware to me at purchasing. After explaining that I spent $45 on a product that I can’t use and had verified with their store employee prior to purchasing I was met with VERY rude customer service after that. Apparently it was my fault because “you’re the one that came here and bought it”. $45...

Rachel assisted me on my most recent venture and let me tell you, she is amazing! She was super patient, very informative of her concentrate glassware, and friendly during our whole interaction. She was welcoming and didn't make me feel inferior or ignorant with any of my questions. Due to her excellent knowledge and compassionate , genuine nature, it led me to make purchases i wasnt intending to make upon entering the store. She is a gem and I am super thankful I was able to have her exceed my expectations at this store!

P.s. don't mind my robotic feel for this review. I genuinely mean all of it. I just want corporate or someone to pick up on all of these trigger words and recognize this woman (more) because she truly...
