When staff sneak in the back door so they get first dios on donating. Place is 100% understaffed, over populated and the staff hate their jobs. They complain about donors and being busy. Take their sweet time checking people in and there is often one person checking in, one person hooking up and one person setting up at 6 am. The doors are rarely opened on time. Last week Friday they opened 21 minutes after 6 with no rhyme or reason then had computer issues so you end up standing there for over two. I left because my job comes first and I clock in at 8. I recommend that people go there to donate their plasma and earn some extra money which is worth while for the short amount of time that you have to do...
