I purchase a pair of shoe from them two weeks ago and there was an issue with them. The day I was there to purchase the shoes I waited over 30 minutes for assistance which I thought was odd because there were several employees working that day. I had to ask for assistance multiple times before I got any help.

Then today when I went to talk to them regarding the shoes my mask broke before I went into the store. As I entered the store a sale clerk said hello which I responded hello back, she then ask if I had a mask and I said it broke so no and I ask for one. She said she they didn't have any and then told me unfortunately I have to leave the store because of not having a mask... wouldn't even let me try to address the issue. Probably the worst customer service I've had in months.... needless to say I will never shop there again nor will I support...

Me and my wife are in her 60s .I went into shop to buy a new pack some ammunition probably spend to $300 Plus. I drive over the road I had a nice set of binoculars they got broken. We use them to forecast turns before going down the road I was looking for a new hunting pack can I pick up the ammunition when I drive cuz Mike state in Illinois doesn't carry I will never stop it up a Big 5 again they wouldn't allow her to use the bathroom in a store that size that's extremely inconsiderate most of the ammunition that they were carrying also as I noticed before my wife tugged on my shoulder and told me she had to go right away was from Germany and Mexico I only support American firearm companies...

Big 5 new business plan - Order defective items to put on sale then not allow refunds? Wow, this was not what I expected at Big 5! Purchased an Intex Deluxe Pillow Airbed in store. Brought it home, inflated it and found the design made it feel like you were either going to roll off or the bed was going to flip - no matter the amount of air.
