I really wanted to give this place 5 stars as the food was excellent. I travel a lot for work all over the west coast and end up patronizing a Mediterranean style restaurant almost everywhere I visit.
This food stood out to me. I had the falafel cake plate and lentil soup. The falafel cakes were unique and in my opinion,b than traditional falafel. The rice was perfectly cooked and seasoned. The salad is an actual authentic Greek salad with diced cucumber, tomato, red onion, green peppers and olives tossed in feta, Olive oil and lemon juice which was a refreshing change from most places. The lentil soup was good and I liked that it had vegetables and potatoes in it.
Unfortunately, something detracted from my experience. This establishment champions 99 cent lentil soup with an entree. When I ordered, I asked exactly for that and was asked if I would like some pita for the soup. I said sure, assuming it was complimentary based upon how I was asked and not told of any extra cost. When I received the bill I noticed I was charged $3. I brought this to the servers attention and she told me it was because I got the pita. I told her she should have told me, but instead of arguing over $2 I just paid the bill. I really wish the server would have acknowledged or remedied the mistake.

Read moreThis food is alright but pricy. It’s been pretty good. But if you aren’t craving this food you may be less than impressed. $$$Pita; doesn’t cost that much to make or buy. Inflation is touching everything. The rice is sub par. I like the tziki, original hummus and pita. Their gyro meat is on point when i dissembled the gyro I ate that with the rest of our food and it was really very good.
I don’t like their gyro it had fries in it, an addition to it that didn’t work for my traditional gyro taste preference. It’s not a good old fashioned gyro.
Sometimes I get charged for all the sauces and sometimes they say it comes with this or that. Price is high for what it is.
We eat here fairly often as I love this type of food. But Last time I ate here oct. Of 2023 I got a very upset tummy. So did my mother & husband. I would eat here again when really craving it. But I’ll reheat it before hand next time since I’m pregnant and tummy upset says something.
This is always purchased on business monthly trips. I hope this helps make improvements as I will order again since I love giving company money to diverse...
Read moreStopped here for lunch while passing through Yakima and WOW!!! I was very impressed. The service is friendly. We saw a smile as soon as we opened the door. We took some time to order, and our waitress was patient and talked with us as we read the menu. We finally settled on the Gyro Dinner and a Gyro Sandwich. The food is phenomenal!!! The meat is tender with lightly crisp edges for a pleasant bite. It was well seasoned too. Not bland, and not overwhelming. Just perfect. The vegetables were crisp and cool, and very fresh. I buy vegetables at the store this quality and I am picky. No over ripe vegerables here. The feta cheese is amazing. Seriously, eat here. Mix the vegetables, feta, and meat. They blend so well. Finally, the price was very reasonable for the quality and amount of food you receive. I highly recommend...
