I came in last night 8/29/24 at 9:35-9:40pm. There were three employees on shift. One of them was a Hispanic younger female with a couple arm tattoos and long glue on lashes, she was incredibly unprofessional, rude & full of attitude. (Didnât get a name) this is my second come around with this particular employee, both times have been AWFUL.
The first time I had dealt with this girl was august 3rd @ 10:40pm for a pick up order. When I received my order she showed me the box and asked how they look. Usually the response is âgreatâ however this time two of the cookies (cinnamon toast crunch) has a drop of icing on the middle and looked pathetically unappetizing.. when I said âhonestly not greatâ she hit me with âK there you goâ closed my box and didnât give a single care about what I said. I was shocked and decided I would call about it later. I ended up not calling because itâs out of character for me to do so and I decided to move on.
Last night when I dealt with this same girl (employee of Crumbl) we ordered two sâmores cookies. My daughter bought them with her bday money and was quite excited. When this employee handed us the cookies she once again haphazardly said âlook good, k have a good nightâ the cookies did NOT look good. There was ZERO marshmallow on them and they looked sloppy and burnt. I almost walked out pissed, instead I decided to say âhonestly these donât look very goodâ I was immediately met with a massive attitude & her response was âREALLY? Howâs that?â I said âdo you not see whatâs wrong with them? Whereâs the marshmallow? They look burntâ she said âno they arenâtâ I said âyouâre going to say these look like the display cookie? She said âyeah why not?â And laughed in my face. I finally got upset and said âdo you always have an attitude problem? Whereâs your boss/supervisor?â
At this point another employee, woman in maybe her low 40âs came over and took over and apologized. She agreed the cookies looked nothing like the display or photos of the sâmores cookie. She fixed our issue with kindness, professionalism and did right by us by replacing the cookies with ones that looked right & gave us an extra.
My issue is itâs a bad look to have an employee working for you that has been rude to a customer each time theyâve dealt with them. It shows that sheâs working night shift and doesnât care how she acts because she thinks she can do anything since a boss isnât on shift. The situation couldâve been met with kindness off the bat and her response could have been âyou know what they donât look great, let me fix that for youâ and given us new cookies. Instead she got smart and caused a problem. While Iâm thankful for the other lady fixing our issue, this employee is enough of a problem that I will NOT be coming if sheâs on shift again. If I was the owner I would be rethinking the face Iâm putting out to the public when Iâm not around. Your employees are the face of your business & this is not one I would want to be involved with any company I was running.
PSA to the employee, it takes way more energy and time to be nasty, hateful and condescending than it does to be kind and...

I discovered Crumbl last year from my college friends. It was going viral on tiktok and I had never heard of it but they had opened one up by my university. I was so shocked that one cookie costed so much! But I was happy with the size of the cookie considering the cost.
The flavors change every week and can only be discovered on their app or website. Some of them are sweeter than others and some cookies come cold and others warm. It may seem like the center of some cookies are not fully cooked but a lot of the warm cookie centers are meant to be gooey but I personally wouldn't say undercooked.
This crumbl opened this past summer and is a hot spot for teens, young adults, and husbands getting crumbl for their families or wives.
I like to keep it simple and like to get the warm chocolate chip cookie and only try new things if they're warm and chocolatey.
I would say this is very pricey and very addicting so if you have young kids, don't make it a regular thing but a special occasion kind of treat so you don't lose $16-$40 on cookies every week đ
You can order on a kiosk (which I always do) or at the front with a person. There...

The girl working clearly hated her job. I wouldn't have tipped due to poor service if I didn't order online. A girl walked in when I was waiting she bought one cookie and the girl ringing her up said well how about a tip, the girl ordering says I guess and she's like what a dollar the girl says ok and the lady doesn't thank her nothing was just was rude! Honey your making a dollar tip off of one cookie say thank you, you ungrateful human!!! It's kinda is your job which you get a paycheck from you shouldn't even make a tip! You want a tip yet you wanna act bothered by us being there ! Not to mention I Drove 20 minutes back to my hotel and three of my cookies had melted into a disasteress mess which was a gift for someone. What a joke! Sadly...
