My boyfriend and I recently tried this place for Bubble Teas. I was pleased that they offer the blended option and they let you mix flavors (my favorite strawberry taro blended w/ extra bubbles) . I did have a hard time communicating anything to the girl that took my order. She was just , (& not to be mean) a total air head so it was frustrating trying to get her to understand what it is that I wanted. My order was not at all complicated. However, she was able to relay the proper order to the guys that made my drinks. Except my drinks didnt have extra boba which I had to pay extra for so that was annoying but the drinks were good. I will most likely be a return customer in the future. I wanted to try their rolled ice cream. The concept is so cool and intriguing. However, they had a limited flavor options. I think it would be cool if they offered a "create your own" option where you could choose your ice cream flavor (or multiple flavors) and then choose your...

They have the worst customer service I've ever seen! I went in with my 1 year old and 3 year old and ordered a tea and 2 ice creams. The tea came out in 10 minutes, the first ice cream came out in 1 hour and the second ice cream came out 2 hours later after they closed because they had forgotten about that order. They started turning people away before their actual closing time because they were so busy and people were getting mad because they weren't technically closed yet. After my full order was complete 2 hours later with 2 restless kids, I asked if there was any way to be compensated for my time and their screw up, such as a discount on my next visit or something, anything, and they said that "they don't do that". What type of customer service is that?!?! The orders don't come out all at once, they are extremely unorganized, confused, rude, and their customer service sucks!!! I don't recommend this...

Was excited to try this place but I think there was multiple miscommunications while ordering. I didn’t want any toppings on the ice cream but she said they were fully premade with all the toppings and no customizations available.

Because of this, I switched to a tea instead and asked for plain milk tea with no added sweetener and boba add on. They gave me a very sweet milk tea with the added pumps of brown sugar sweetener. Both employees were overly confident that they met the request but as the customer it was very far from that.

It was disappointing that they didn’t offer to remake the drink with no sweetener as originally requested but I didn’t want to be rude to the employees or argue so I just gave up and said it was fine and left because I don’t think they were...
