One thing I respect with reverence is when a business chooses to refuse me service. In the late summer of 2023 I lost the privilege of being a customer here for not showing the appropriate level of respect for the people who work here. Of course it was unintentional but that doesn't excuse the fact that my behavior was considered disrespectful. I came in to the store that day with two crisp and genuine one hundred dollar bills and Ali had no interest in my money because my money wasn't as important to him as his values. It took a lot of tries before I was allowed to be a customer again. This place is definitely top notch and by far the best vape store in the world not to mention the best one in Yakima. They hold a higher standard and can see with the eyes of God. They don't mistake money for virtue and value what is real. I couldn't appreciate that more in a local business. It disappointed me to purchase my monthly nicotine allotment at a convenience store today when I would rather have supported this business but it was not meant to be this time. I'm so glad that they're still here in Yakima and hope the community values having this ship here as much as I have over the past few years. Also, go check out the hand carved wooden nativity scene that is proudly displayed in the store year round. It's even cooler than the painted nativity scene in the window of the exterminator shop on Yakima Ave because One Love keeps it up year round. How bout that as a way of honoring the birth of Jesus who is now seated at the right hand of God? Ali carried it out of Jerusalem in a suit case 10 years ago. I mean this shop is something else, yo. (Hint to other vape shops; Stop hiring people that donât vape or know your inventory. Even my little dog was welcomed. đ The employee that helped me was exceedingly kind and helpful. They have a huge selection of Coastal Clouds and when I wondered what one was like, he was kind enough to open it for me so I could smell it. NOBODY does this anymore with vape juices, so a lot of time you end up with something you donât like. Not at this shop. We even were offered free waters on our way out because of how hot it was.    Read moreThis place is a rip off. I bought a dabber pipe last Friday. That afternoon it broke. You said you would either fix the pipe that broke right or that you would replace it. Now after spending 160 dollars at your store for a pipe that broke in a few hours you want to charge me another 50 dollars to replace it? No but guess what? I will not shop there ever again and I know a lot of people in Yakima too and spreading the word. Replace isn't charging the customer a discounted price for a pipe. You replace it! You have my contact number so call me if you wish. I understand the no exchanges or refunds but in a few hours after purchase it broke and you tried to tell me I used it wrong.
