A year ago we went in and bought a set of couches that recline electronically, they really pushed for purchasing a warranty that supposedly would cover any damage for a year plus a “pet” warranty that would also cover any stains/damage they could possibly endure by having animals (we had two small dogs). A little less than a year one side of our couch stopped reclining, we called the store that directed us to a third party website that had us fill an online claim-in the end that warranty company rejected our claim without giving a reason (I know this doesn’t fall on furniture max) We told furniture max about this and they said they’d look into it and that they’d call the company that our couches came from or they’d figure something else out for us…it’s been months and still no call back or follow through. I’m disappointed they would push for a warranty that basically doesn’t insure anything other than to waste your money, and disappointed in the lack of follow through. The couches were expensive and for them to break less than a year of having them is frustrating especially when we were promised they’d look into it. Just disappointed in the lack of service...

I went into furniture max just to do some price comparing and ended up purchasing a sofa and love seat 😂, the customer service was great. I was sharing with the owner that i didn't want to finance any furniture that would require paying interest, i just wanted to pay cash. He informed me that if i pay it off in 12 months that there would be no interest rates plus it would help me build my credit. Anyhow to make a long story longer, i purchased a loveseat and sofa set but the loveseat wouldnt fit in my apartment. So back to the store and picked out a slightly smaller set but it was $300 more than my original selection, so they adjusted the price to what i was originally paying for and delivered the same day. Awesome !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and i will be purchasing the rest of my furniture, bed, dinning table and whatever else they have. I would recommend everybody purchasing their furniture with this particular store off of mead...

I have not bought any from this place and I won’t. I went there looking for a sofa. After showing me a couple they gave me a tablet to look at more. Found one I liked but they didn’t have it in stock. They said they have one exactly like it except the material was different, but I could try it out for comfort and see how I liked it. I was really thinking about buying it. One guy told me it was $895. Then I was talking to another girl and she said it was $1,000. I asked them to send me the info in a text which the girl did. But when I went on the website to see more details the product didn’t exist. Seems to me like they are a bunch of scammers. Can’t figure out what price you’re selling something for and then when it’s looked up it doesn’t exist. Worst experience I’ve ever had. Would definitely...
