The cashier's are disrespectful and they think what they do is acceptable. They bag your fruits with bloody meat! You ask them not to do it; and they do it any way. The disabled clients work better than the non-disabled clients. This establishment has fell off. The fruits are rotten and bruised, the fish never looks fresh, the isles are never cleaned properly and the unfriendly robot follows you are the store on purpose! I have lost all respect for stop and shop. The meat be smelly and the put it under the fresh meat and wrap it up so you can't smell! When meat stink it stinks. The ice cream freezers were not freezing the ice cream. This place is not running like they should. The deli department refused to wash their hands! They do not take Allergies seriously or cutting various meats you do think the cutter should be cleaned properly after every cut if the meat is not the same meat being cut? It is called contamination! I would not recommend anyone to shop here anymore. My health...

I only go to Stop and Shop once in a while. Had a secret shopper follow me and my husband and I saw someone stealing in there. I let him know your watching the wrong people go in the peanut butter aisle that lady was over there stealing. He just kept following us and he don't have a basket when he shops and I ask him do you work here he like no. So why you following us. That when I mention the lady over there stealing . I went 1 more time after that and the same guy was in there and he had a basket in his hands this time. My suggestion work if you going to follow someone and act like your shopping have a basket or shopping cart with you. The gentleman was to obvious that he was a secret shopper. They are doing a very good job during the COVID19 lockdown.careful steps, one way signs, marked floor spacings and careful staff add to the sense of confidence when you enter the store. Shelves are restocked ...some items still hard to get....white vinegar and papertowels for example. I f you don't care about fresh cucumber salads you won't mind the missing vinegar. Ample parking, easy to find store is very clean. Only thing I dislike is the roaming sux foot tall robot. It scares me to death and seems to follow no matter where I go.
