this place sucks never going back!!!!! when we tried to order, they were pretty simple orders and they messed it up 2 times. they messed up a VANILLA ice cream 2 times. The service is absolutely horrendous and they only had 3 workers. Our friends in front of us waited 45 min until they got there ice cream and forgot one of the orders, while the other workers were making the ice cream the lady that took the orders was waiting right in front of us doing our hair instead of taking our orders, she waited to take our order until our friends got there ice cream 45 min later. also they could barley speak english, were rude, and not cooperating with us. once again this place SUCKS and the service is TERRIBLE they are stupid people who probably couldn’t graduate high school and messed up vanilla ice cream w/ sprinkles. The service was horrible. There was no line when we visited, yet waited a ridiculously long time for two kiddie cones. The ladies in there talked to each other the whole time and moved very slow. The prices they advertised online were different than they appeared in person and got charged $1 for a few sprinkles. The one job they had and even messed up on the flavor of my ice cream. Will not be visiting here again, as it didn’t meet my standards with the portion sizes and the staff efficiency with it not being busy. Though the lady was nice, it was a waste of my money and time. The ice cream is great but the service is really horrible. They seem to charge whatever they want and the employees don’t know the proper sizes or ice cream flavors that people order. They’re constantly on their phones or talking amongst each other. We went again last night and they got our order completely wrong. We waited a long time & they served everyone who came up after us before us. When my boyfriend asked nicely what’s going on they treated him rather poorly and handed his ice cream to another customer. My family and I won’t...
