Friendly and helpful staff. Only problem I've had so far is with buying appliances.
THEY DON'T DELIVER but recommend someone that does, the guy was very nice but comes alone and you may need to help him unload when he gets to your place.
Appliances already damaged even before it is handed over to you.
Explanation: I bought a stove and had it delivered. I partially unwrapped it and noticed a small dent on the side of the stove but decided to disregard it because it would be hidden by the cabinets. Next day I go and buy a refrigerator. I get it delivered and when I unwrapped it there was damage to the door, the door seal and the back protective panel. I take it back, they unwrapped the last two refrigerators and both had dents in different areas, they offered me a $40 discount to take one of the three, not a great deal considering that I had to pay double delivery for the same appliance. I opted to purchase a more expensive refrigerator after inspecting it for damage before finalizing the transaction. They offered an apology but no compensation for the added expense of having to deliver the appliance twice.
Now I get home and proceed to set up the refrigerator and stove. The stove ends up having further damage with the metal sheet at the bottom of the oven being bent and out of whack and one of the three grills that you place the cooking pots on was bent with the ceramic coating flaking off. They didn't give me a problem exchanging the grill though I had to take the floor model one. This was another inconvenience as I had to drive back again for this last process.
I have to say it was a terrible experience with no effort on their part to make amends with the customer.
I will continue to shop there but not for any major purchases and definitely nothing that needs delivery.

Personal amable y servicial. El único problema que he tenido hasta ahora es con la compra de electrodomésticos.
NO ENTREGAN pero recomiendan a alguien que lo hace, el chico era muy amable pero viene solo y puede que tengas que ayudarle a descargar cuando llegue a tu casa.
Electrodomésticos ya dañados incluso antes de que te lo entreguen.
Explicación: Compré una estufa y me la entregaron. La desenvolví parcialmente y noté una pequeña abolladura en el costado de la estufa, pero decidí ignorarla porque quedaría oculta por los gabinetes. Al día siguiente fui a comprar un nevera. Me la entregan y al desenvolverla había daños en la puerta, en la junta de la puerta y en el panel protector trasero. La devuelvo, desenvolvieron las dos últimas neveras y ambas tenían abolladuras en diferentes zonas, me ofrecieron un descuento de 40 dólares por llevarme una de las tres, no es un gran trato teniendo en cuenta que tuve que pagar doble entrega por el mismo electrodoméstico. Opté por comprar una nevera más costosa después de inspeccionar los daños antes de finalizar la transacción. Me ofrecieron una disculpa pero no una compensación por la molestia o el gasto adicional de tener que pagar por delivery el electrodoméstico dos veces.
Ahora llego a casa y procedo a montar la nevera y la estufa. La estufa termina teniendo más daños con la hoja de metal en la parte interior del horno que está doblada y fuera de lugar y una de las tres parrillas en las que se colocan las ollas estaba doblada con el recubrimiento de cerámica descascarado. No me pusieron ningún problema para cambiar la parrilla aunque tuve que llevarme la del modelo de suelo. Esto fue otro inconveniente ya que tuve que volver a conducir para este último proceso.
Tengo que decir que fue una experiencia terrible sin ningún esfuerzo por su parte para enmendar la situación con el cliente.
Seguiré comprando allí, pero no para ninguna compra grande y, desde luego, nada que...
