Overall it was an “ok” experience, but there’s room for improvement. To start there’s no host at the entrance and FOH staff needs to work more in table manners and service. It’s crucial to allow customers to sit and take their time to get comfortable, appreciate the atmosphere, review the menu and think what they will order. It is a but rude having a server rushing you to order. Menu needs to be updated as there was area fading and also need to be clean (the ones given were overly sticky). Food runners and servers need to have better approach when delivering the food and confirm with the customer before serving if that was their drink or meal ordered. I ordered and Americano before the meal, and received a Cappuccino without even confirming my own order.

The place does not provide a beverage menu, which is quite of burden to see, but having a customer wondering what to drink or guessing if they have what they want is not a positive experience. It took me a good 5 minutes after sitting and looking around to find the beverage menu which is where the coffee station is.

Menu describes you what you will eat but as you read it, is not too inviting or interesting to read. Brunch options are super limited and there’s no lunch items which to me it makes this place more of a breakfast option rather than brunch. Overall the food was tasty and warm (the place does not counts with a heat lamp) which it can turn into a problem if servers are not fast enough. Plaiting and portion size are pretty good (you pay a good price for the amount you will get serve). Condiments are not available in the table, so if you are a person who enjoy condiments in their food, ask the server on this.

I would suggest making adjustments to the staff from FOH and give them better table manners, know their menu more, interact more with your customer, and connect to assure a next visit. Instruct their staff in how to be less anxious and rushy with customers in busy hours (patience is key to have a better experience). The place needs a host for sitting and wait times when tables are not available (two families left due to not having space to wait).

Table setting can be improved. The manager should decide if everything should be glass and ceramic plates or everything plastic. It looks a little tacky having a plastic plate and a nice glass for a beverage with disposable silverware. Same goes with serving cold beverages. For a vintage/rustic atmosphere, the plastic cup, bottles and cans lacks the vibe of the room. Menus needs to be revised and possibly reprinted.

Overall, if you are interested in having a nice meal for an affordable price, then is a good place to go. But if you are looking more for a good service experience with a more variety in a brunch menu, the restaurant is limited on it. Maybe new items need to be added to enhance the...

Here's the tldr, they have some good quality ingredients and homemade goods like bread and pastries BUT they lacked the execution on my visit this lead to a lackluster experience.

I had a brunch sandwich which was ham, cheese, and bacon between two French toasts . The bread was kind of dry for a brioche that's supposed to be dipped in French toast, the problem was the execution. The thick slices of French toast was sure to a killer by itself but instead it was bland and felt like a bread sandwich.

I can say that the coffee was pretty good and the service was weird, by that I mean that you ordered at the counter then waited for a waitress come out with the food calling out your name and watch as she was lost waiting for someone to call out.

They could have four maybe even five stars if they executed the food better and the meals are a bit pricey considering that they are not well executed. For a much better experience go to Bristo cafe...

So the place looked really promising at first. I ordered the salmon bagels, French a fries, lemonade and coffee. The salmon bagels were awful. I travel a lot, and have tasted really good salmon toasts and some bad ones, but this ones were far worst! I added a side of eggs and they were suppose to come out over medium, and they came out hard and dry. The worst part of it all was the service. IS NOT A CLIENT ORIENTED PLACE! Even though management help me with a problem, the regular staff was no the best.

After all, I gave it a 3 stars because the coffee was REALLY good! I think a will give it another chance, because of the coffee. But the service NEEDS...

Well done and decorated establishment. Menu has great items. We ordered a coconut cream cappuccino and a caramel amaretto latte, and both were very tasty. Reason why I give 4 stars is because of PERSONAL opinion. In order to get in you have to ring the doorbell because of Covid, you can not simply walk in. Upon being greeted, you are asked for proof of vaccination or need to provide a negative Covid test taken within the last 72 hours, this is if you are dining in. If you are ordering take-out, you don’t need to do any of the above. If I can come in to order takeout without being question, then the same should apply to eating in.

If you're looking for great coffee and I mean great coffee, this is it! On my visit to Puerto Rico my fiance and I found this hidden gem. If you're anywhere in the surrounding area or just want to try, I promise it will not cease to satisfy. As a self proclaimed coffee connoisseur this coffee is top 5 in the America's. So good we drove 40 minutes out of the town we were in 2x out of our 3 day getaway. Not only was the coffee great but the ladies who worked there and the food was amazing. One of the young ladies also suggested a beautiful beach that was hidden. Thank you so much for your hospitality.
