Sharing my experience at the Yauco Plaza location.Very poor customer service.Went to purchase few things about 15 things to be exact amd went I went to pay there were only 3 registers open. One had almost 12 people waiting, the other one was the express register and the other one had a "closed " sign even though the light at the register was on. I asked if he was closed to make sure and he affirmed that he was with a gesture. So I proceeded to the express register and after I moved to the next register he checked out more people, some that were behind me looking to pay too. When I got to the express register the attendant told me that I needed to wait because the customer in front of me requested a price match. I agreed and when it was my turn to pay she told me that the person that was behind me on the line needed to go ahead of me because she only had five items and I had more than 10. I got upset because of the way she approached the situation and her demeanor towards me. I left the merchandise at the register and asked for the manager and they refused to call him. They sent the head cashier instead and her attitude was even worst. I had over a Hundred dollars worth of merchandise and I left very upset because it was the first time I shopped at this place because it was highly recommended and I was very dissatisfied with their customer service. Read moreI Like the store because it's clean, but yesterday, I had to return a Batter Beer fish fillet that looked unfrozen and put it back in the freezer again, I come from the USA every return you go to customer service, so I stand in the line customer said to us did you sign your name? And I said you got to grab # too? So I went and got some stuff until my husband stood in line for me, when I came back I saw some management walking up to them and I said "To return an item tengo que hacer esa lines? And he says yes!!! Maybe he didn't understand what I said in English but I'm sure you I wasn't paying the bills ,we were there for 1 hr and 30 minutes trying to return 1 items. And this is ridiculous 🙄 When I spoke to the manager they he told me if they wrote my name and to top it off the lady she was very rude saying we were fighting, and we were just telling her the truth.. And that's the thing why will you have return in a register NOT for me doesn't make no senses.. Everything here it's all backward, They need to get better at treating people better especially when they don't know if tourists or not. So we had to leave some of our groceries because it wasn't any good.. it's SHAME WHAT WE WENT THREW...
