Everyone was very welcoming. The staff was incredible! Went above and beyond to help with anything. Including taking clothes and hanging them until you were ready to try on. They let me pay for my boots and leave them behind the counter to continue shopping. This was the first time in years that I’ve went shopping on Black Friday and this was the store I chose! They were prepared and ready for this busy day!!!! The only thing I would recommend or change up is the check out line. Too much for one person! I know she went as fast as she could and was so sweet but just too many people for one register. I waited inline for an hr and 20 mins. They definitely need at least 2 registers to check out. I’m not sure if they gave the gift cards out after the doors opened but while waiting people were walking up and just getting in line with whom ever they knew. That was frustrating when you have already been in line for a while. Of course this happens everywhere!!! So not sure how that worked but I would definitely have someone handing out a number to the first 30 if they did not just because so many people skipped the line. Kind of like they did when it approached 10 a.m. they handed out a sticky note to those in line to make sure they received 70% off. Everything else could not have been better! This is the first review I've EVER done!! I took time to do it because the experience I've had on a consistent basis at this store is amazing!! I mean WOW, it is rare to feel like just completely taken care of every single time I went... if I bought something or not. The staff is understanding, patient, willing to work with you, very positive...but not over bearing. Great Great store...they go above and beyond what most would do. This is the cutest shop on Mainstreet. The staff here are very helpful & kind . I have shopped here for my daughter & nieces & they love everything that I bring them. They also have great sales!!!
