I LOVE to hate going in this store......BECAUSE I ALWAYS FIND SO MUCH MORE THAN I PLANNED TO PURCHASE. Yep any and all budgets gone OUT the window...WHY??? because you walk in the store greeted by 75% off the already close out prices carts filled with variety of things ....ohhh like books and the DVDs lower priced ONLY 25cents, Quaker/Keebler Snacks, Misc Toys and Candy...grrr Deals Deals Dang Gone Deals everywhere. Lots of Name brand - very useful items. I have an Ollies Card which periodically offers me %s off my purchases and sends all the new sales etc via email. Very fair and not over the top with emails sent. It's Free to get... so silly to not sign up for 1. Today loaded up on cereals, snacks, toys, books..for the fam....some health and beauty needs for me and some OMG awesome priced room fresheners by Yankee Candles for the home. Had some nice conversation with another shopping couple sweeter than "Honey"...AND BIG HUG, MUCH APPRECIATION AND GRATITUDE to the always kind MARIE who zips through scanning your orders...applying your coupons... Bagging allll your merchandise...answering your RANDOM questions.like:.is this 75% off too??? She went in to purchase a few items and found some adorable oven mitts near the entrance that were marked 75% off. When she kindly mentioned the sale price at checkout, instead of simply verifying it, Danita snapped at her and aggressively yelled, āHow the hell am I supposed to know that!?ā Her loud and rude response was not only uncalled for but also completely unacceptable, especially toward an elderly customer. My mom was understandably shaken by the hostility. The situation got so out of hand that the manager had to step in and complete the transaction. While we appreciate the managerās intervention, the damage was already done. My mom came home visibly upset by this experience, and frankly, so am I. We have been frequent shoppers at this location, but after witnessing such poor treatment, we will not be returning. No customerālet alone a seniorāshould be treated this way. I strongly urge management to train their employees on basic customer service and respect because this kind of behavior is...

The worker looked me dead in my face and claimed he knew nothing about it and hadnāt put anything away. Went back to the cashier, told her what he said and she clearly asked him again about the basket sheād seen him move. He only then admitted he had put all the items back. I was disgusted and told him he could have just said that instead of lying and wasting more of my time. I...
