Today's visit was not very pleasant, I have not been here for quite a while. I walk in & the lady who checked me in was very nice & smiling, seemed to be happy. She then tells me I can go back & the budtender at station one will help me today, so I'm walking through the door & I get one foot in & I here how are you not sure who even asked me that. so I answered back, I walk around to station one & she asked me what I was looking for so I told her & she says if we have it & I said your online website says you do & she says you should call us to find out before coming here, a different budtender then says that they sell third party products & even though the website says they have it, they may not actually have it inside there shop. My budtender then finds what I was looking for hanging on the wall so I chose 3 vape products & then ask her if she has a pre roll & again she has no idea if they have it???? she goes & looks & finds one even though the website said they had 4 different ones. I would have bought flower to but my budtender Hannah was unpleasant, never smiled, she didn't make me feel welcome or wanted as a paying customer. She never asked me if I wanted anything else & started ringing up my order I tried to tell her that I wanted to check on the flower but she acted like she didn't hear me or didn't care. I was the only customer there so it was very quiet so not sure what her problem was, also she didn't seem to know anything, a little advice Hannah greet your customer's with a smile & listen to them & for crying out loud learn your products & if you have them or not. Hannah did not get a cash tip from me because of this & I would have spent at least $50.00 more if she would have made me feel like she wanted to actually help me. Thanks to Hannah I went somewhere else to buy the rest of my what I was looking for & I most likely will not be back to sticky ypsi anytime soon because of today. I updated today but this was 4 months ago & I have not returned since the encounter with Hannah....

This place is pretty clean, I'm not worried about sanitation because they have it together. The staff is so, very kind and attentive to whomever is walking through the door. Even through the mandatory worn masks within the facility you can tell everyone is still smiling and very happy. I love how they call your name as if your in a doctor's office waiting area. I do not like the idea of the recreational prices being so expensive, it's as if, with a marijuana card you can get the product for the street price. Without the card you must pay extra, unfair, unnecessary taxes for the same product. I think the location of this place is great and I also think that this location should be bigger. I love that this store stays open until 9pm on most nights and I love the variety within the company as far as staff, products, and merchandise. Although everything in the store isn't made out of hemp, cannabis, they sell clothes as well and i think it's a great start to begin merging the idea of hemp clothing or everything hemp being sold...

Used to be my favorite spot for years. Just moved to new location, and staff was unhelpful. Went in the recreational entrance (I had no way of knowing there was a separate entrance for medical patients), gave the front desk clerk my medical card, she doesn’t tell me I’m in the wrong spot. Sends me back and the budtender says my name plus “recreational?” and I say no I’m a medical patient. She tells me about the separate entrance at that point. I go to the other side of the building for medical, and they’re no longer doing the deals I’m used to. Not a big problem but the prices went way up. Then I try to buy some topical THC rub/cream/gel for my chronic pain, and they tell me that those products are only available on the recreational side of the store. I said don’t you think y’all should have some of those products for medical patients who have chronic pain like me? And the budtender says that question is “above my pay grade.” I won’t be returning.
