Subway — Restaurant in Ypsilanti

I love going to this subway, I come here often and the workers recognized me. The people who work there are amazing. This subway being in a plaza causes some unwanted traffic from individuals that subway cannot control. I was happily eating my sub when a man kept harassing me through the window and would not leave. The workers went outside and got the man to leave and proceeded to make sure I got to my car safe. I broke down in the subway because all I wanted to do was eat on my break. They comforted me and asked if I needed anything. Being a 22 year old woman student with no family near me this made me feel very protected. They told me this was a safe place for me to come if I ever feel danger in the area. I am emotional writing this due to their modest character. This is community!!! This definitely has brought me closer with their staff, as if they didn’t already know my order they have now see me in a scary place! They mentioned how business has been down due to the people outside of their business, please go inside and tell them because they cannot do anything till costumers say something. This all that is left I smashed my food so fast lol when I tell you it was SOOOOO GOOD I mean that! I only order this location on grub hub when I’m at work and you guys are the best location around hands down! The food was perfectly made exactly as I would have wanted if I had came in person and hovered as you made it for me. I usually am disappointed when I get certain things because the ratios of sauce to meat to veggie is off but you guys nailed it perfectly and my lunch was really enjoyable for once. My online order was messed up and one of the employees was incredibly rude and had attitude. She said that the bread we wanted was still hot so she couldn’t cut it to make the sandwiches. When I said it’s okay we can wait, she said “If you wanna wait 25 minutes,” in a rude tone. You shouldn’t speak to a customer in such a way, especially with attitude. I wasn’t upset that the order wasn’t ready but because of her rudeness. She didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience. I won’t order from this...
