Recently, my son won an exciting package for Laser Legacy that included two VR experiences, a session of laser tag, a large pizza from Danny’s, and 30 minutes of unlimited arcade play. Our visit turned out to be an unforgettable family experience!
When we first arrived, we approached the cashier, who seemed to be the owner. He was incredibly patient and took the time to explain how everything worked, answering all of my children's questions with a friendly demeanor.
For the laser tag session, my three kids (aged 11, 9, and 5) and I joined a group of eight teenagers. A staff member kindly offered to join us in the game in case the teenagers got too rowdy, but thankfully, everyone was respectful, and we had a blast. The laser tag game was well-organized and thrilling, keeping us all engaged and entertained.
The VR experience was equally enjoyable for my two oldest, providing an immersive and captivating adventure for the kids. Afterward, we headed to the arcade, where the 30 minutes of unlimited playtime flew by as we tried out various games.
To top off our visit, we enjoyed a delicious large pizza and wings from Danny’s. It was the perfect way to refuel after all the excitement.
Overall, our experience at Laser Legacy was fantastic. My kids had an amazing time, and the staff’s friendliness and professionalism made the day even better. We are definitely coming back...
Read moreOur VR experience...well, let's just say...Never again! We had a group reservation in advance. We planned to have members of our group rotate in/out of the VR booths. Our members were ready to rotate when they were supposed to be. Our host was not! We were provided ONE host for our group and that person responded to system technical issues, the booths, and the simulators at a leisurely pace, causing repeated and unnecessary delays. Our event was timed and too much time was spent...waiting on the host. Our guests were bored and dissatisfied because things did not move along in a timely manner due to waiting on the host who was partly inconsiderate and partly incompetent. They are either understaffed or they underestimated the host to group ratio. Edit: 12/7/20 In response to the owner's response to my original review, yes, our visit was before CoVid and was likely under my girlfriend's name. In the future, we might return for laser tag, however, my comments regarding their VR experience still stand. We won't do VR...
Read moreBad customer service, what made it so bad was there were 5 employees behind the desk including manager and neither one of them wanted to help assist me. They would even look at me and continue to talk to one another. It was my first time coming here, when we started, my gun wasn't working and it took about 4 min into a 12 minute game for the employee to do something, he gave me his gun, oh wow that did not help, especially because i didn't get to play with my partner and I was now on my own team. It threw off my whole game I wanted to try and get a high score as well, he did not offer a new game for me, I even told him I'd step out and wait for another and he told me no. When we started the game I gave him my tickets and when he asked others they said they are family and friends of the manager so they play free all the time so it made me more upset as a paying customer the least they could have done was offered another game, hence...
