0/100 recommendation due to lack of customer service and unprofessionalism. Due to this experience I will NEVER shop here and will encourage all family and friends to do the same. The owner is EXTREMELY rude and does not know how to talk to people. I was parked outside the shop for a nail appointment next door. All of the other spaces were full. He comes storming in the nail salon demanding a certain car be moved(mine) or he will have it towed, and stormed back out. I had been parked there for maybe 5 minutes. As I gather my to move the car, shocked that he entered another business in that manor, he was already outside about to take pictures of my car to report it. All of 1-2 minutes had passed since he came in the salon. I asked him if it was really that serious as there were 4 other spaces next to me wide open. He then said “can you read? Do you see the sign?!” It’s a public parking lot…. He continued to make rude comments until he stormed back in his shop. I’m not one to leave negative reviews, but this was extremely inappropriate and unprofessional. This is not the first time I’ve heard him talk this way to others.

This is the third time I've had an issue here, 2 other times I've been overcharged by 2-3 dollar increments but let it go as i really like this place I called to ask prices on dab bangers and the older gentleman is rude and cuts me off saying he can't discuss prices over the phone but to be ensured they have the absolute best prices in town so I head over to beshown 5-8$ dollar bangers bieng sold for 15$+ I ask if he has anything cheaper as those are sold around no more than 8$ everywhere else and he tells me take it or leave and I let him know this is why I called in the first place, he gets very rude and tells me to leave and says its against their rules and wasted my time and gas to be insulted I threatened taking my business elsewhere and he continued to curse at me so maybe my 200$ a month vape bill won't be misses by yall but hopefully this review will help spread awareness that this smoke shop should be boycott learn how to serve your community stop robbing folks I will bless another shop with my 200$+...

this place is normally pretty cool and my boyfriend and i go here often, but i recently bought a new device here and i noticed that the pod burned really quickly. we went back into the shop to get a new pod, i wanted to test if it was a faulty pod or an issue with the device itself. apparently they dont sell the pods for this device. the worker looked confused when my bf showed him the device as if he didnt even know they sell that? the worker tried to sell him on other pods that wouldnt even work for the device. your telling me you dont sell the pods for the device you sell? we went to a few other vape shops and none of them sell the pods either. it would of been nice if i was told when i purchased the device, that i would have to be getting the pods elsewhere. no hate to the worker that tried to help, but come on. you gotta sell the pods for the devices you sell. now ill have to shell out another $40 to get a...
