I’d rate 6/5 stars if I could. I walked in and Jerald (the owner) and Julian (employee) took the time to give me a quote for having a water bottle engraved. It’s for an Owala. We weren’t sure if it was possible to get it engraved like a Stanley or Yeti. Jerald offered to test run and see if my Owala could be engraved… for FREE! Who does that? This place does! Excellent customer service. They took the time and helped me with my design. While waiting for the engraving process, Julian gave me a tour and history lesson of the facility.
